Just use the common lvl 85 tanking guides and place the talent points as far as you can get, filling it up slowly.
You will have to do pretty much exactly the same things as the lvl 85 tanks.
The only things missing (until level 60) are Death and Decay (awesome AoE aggro) and (until lvl 65) Dark Command (your taunt). Just use Blood Boil instead until you get to 60 and use Death Grip as your taunt until you are 65.

What should a DK tank be going for? Avoidance Stats or Threat Stats? As Paladins and Druids (donno about Warriors) Basicly dont want any hit or expertese on there gear, Do DK's want the same thing or?
Yes. You shouldn't have threat issues so going for mitigation stats (mastery is by far the best) is the thing to do.

You can either stack dodge/parry(keep both around the same number or go expertise cap/hitcap/mastery stacking. Both are about equal atm.

Mastery depends on the spec, for fury warriors it improves enrage effects(Enrage, Death Wish, Raging Blow, Enraged Regeneration). For Blood Death Knights it's
Mastery: Blood Shield
.
