I used to have a colleague who worked 8 months of the year, then went to Canada for their ski season, paying for his holiday as a ski instructor.
White collar role, as part of a deal cut with the company. Pretty sweet arrangement, if you ask me.

Usually. I'm sure there's some that buck the trend, but who says it has to be Christmas anyway? If the break was over winter, you'd just go somewhere tropical, or to the northern hemisphere.
