Use a
talent spec like this for raiding. You can take the points from Deepwounds and put them in Gag order if you want and the extra point put in Vigilance. Though all of this is preference.
If the glyph is that much gold, Get the raw mats and get someone to make it for you for a modest tip.
You need to sort them enchants out or you'll probably be laughed out of the raid.
General rule of thumb is to get all your items to ilvl 346> before raiding and you'll have no trouble at all.
Change your neck for
this.
Change your ilvl 333 ring for
this.
Bracers, You are already sorting them.
Change your belt (If you can afford it, but from prevous comments i doubt it) For
this one.
Change your ilvl 333 Trinket for
either of
these three (in 'BiS' terms Mirror>Crab>Finger)
Change the Chest for
either of these two.
Change your boots for this
one.

You are a prime example why some spreadsheets give an options to tick...
I am too lazy for:
- Leveling my proffesions
- Getting expensive items
- Getting gold
- Getting exalted with stuff (Therazane Hated, Baradin Hold - not even present, Dragonmaw - Friendly, Earthen ring - Friendly, i know its just a week, but really - doing dailies grants you both money and the rep
PS: You got 1200 rep with your guild. That means you are either in there for a week or you didint do almost any quests.
1. I have 6 lvl 85s, I have all professions already.
2. Many alts, all need gold
3. Look at 2.
4. I am exalted with all factions across all my chars, again refer to 2.
5. It's a Raiding guild I joined which just started.

The fact that you're getting uppity with someone that's giving you information leaves a bad taste in my mouth. You're Exalted with all factions and have all of the professions across all of your characters. Cool. That doesn't do a single thing for your tank, which is what you're posting about.
You need to have Exalted reputation with the Dragonmaw Clan for your epic Boots.
You need to have Exalted reputation with the Guardians of Hyjal for your epic Cape.
You need to have Exalted reputation with the Rahmaken for your epic Bracers.
In regards to the Glyph of Shield Bash, either your server's economy is incredibly @#$%ed up, or you're looking at the wrong glyph; it goes for 85g on my server at the high end.
Level your professions. Jewelcrafting / Blacksmithing gives you a license to print money and gives you a noticeable addition to your gem bonuses. Skinning / Leatherworking also allows you to get a massive amount of gold in a short period of time, you get a large amount of Stamina for your bracers, and you don't have to keep paying 1000g every time you get a new pair of pants.
As far as your talents go, get rid of those godawful points in Deep Wounds and put them in Battle Trance. Having a free Devastate / Thunder Clap / Shockwave can be a huge boon. Also, Gag Order is a very situational talent. In a Heroic, I can think of literally two instances where it is useful, and even then LoS is able to be done. Take those points out and put them in either Incite or cap out War Academy.
You asked if you were ready for raiding. The answer is a resounding "no." So don't get irate when someone posts a list of your shortcomings and respond with a smart ass list.
