I read somewhere that resto mastery got a buff from 25-30% in the last couple of patches. Would this put Mastery above crit in Stat weight. I understand it now is Int>haste>crit>spit>mastery. SP is a given but since you only get it on weapons i didn't mention it.

Wrong. Mastery affects
all
healing spells on a target with a HoT already present. This means Symbiosis also boosts other HoTs.
^ This.
Int > Spirit > Haste > Mastery > Crit
Has a few pieces to it. Spirit needs to be enough to cover the amount of healing you need after which it's much less useful. Haste needs to be at what ever softcap you can get to after which gearing go towards Mastery.

Another important thing with Spirit, is the ability to use it as more healing. Sure, when your standard healing priority works, spirit is only useful for so long, until it becomes less important, but if something goes wrong, or the tank takes serious damage (Or both), that extra regen can be used for HT instead of Nourish. I usually prefer that to Haste, that seems less important when things go bad.

All of which falls under the "amount of healing you need" part but it's good to clarify the point yes :P
