I actually refuse to believe this because as bad as someone can be this is not possible. Warriors will turn your plate armor into thin paper and both the warr and the DK will hit for too much for the Blood DK to keep up with healing-wise.
On-topic now, I guess str will be the major stat you want to stack, and the secondary... I guess haste would be more beneficial than the rest after hit-cap, but as Orranis said, Blood is viable for 2s (not that good) but in 3s it is far worse than UH or Frost.

Blood isnt viable in arena, JUST ACCEPT THAT. For BG's however it can be a very powerful force, especially if backed up by a healer.

Anything is doable in casual play, however for something to be viable it needs to perform well in competitive play, and doing arenas as Blood just doesn't cut it. I really have no idea though why people keep using Blood in arenas since I can imagine without the utility UH or Frost has it must be very frustrating. Plus, in several team comps a Blood DK will just be ignored since the damage he does then is limited and next to nothing (no vengeance) or CCed to death, while his teammate will be bursted down fast.

Blood Is great for the casual guy because there are less buttons to hit and less things to worry about. You can also take a lot more damage. And my death strikes heal up to about 30k per hit. not to mention other self healing abilities. Ive soloed 2s at the 1500 rating but it takes forever. And almost impossible if there is a healer. But i have done that also.
The biggest problem is that you will be CCed and they will burn your partner down since you have limited CC to help peel. After your partner is dead they will focus on you. Now if they focus on you and CC you and kite properlly you are toast. If they are face melters and just keep ramming into you its easy as pie.

I left one glyph spot open depending on what you want to do. I would use the Death Coil one. Even though death coil is "weak" its still great for RP dumping if you are fighting someone thats kiting. And its a must if you are not in Blood presense since you cant runic strike.
Your poor over into the UH tree is fine. I just recently started using that since the self heal nerf of Lichborne. But I would drop Epidemic and put the points into Virulence. Diseases get dispelled so fast you want your ticks to actually get some damage off asap.

Outside of outbreak(which you want to save for 6x HS - DRW combos) you shouldnt use diseases at all. Not worth it by any means. Virulence is still better than Epidemic, but tbh, both suck for blood.
You SHOULD take Hand of Doom, no discussion here. Full Blade Barrier is a must too, and Bone Shield/bloodworms arent terrible talents either. Resilient infection is useless, and so is 3/3 Scent of Blood. Either 1/3 or 2/3 is more than sufficient.
Unless you strictly solo pvp, I'd take Glyph of Rune Tap.
Edit: I'm lvling another dk atm, as blood. And pvping is actually a blast. While I still wouldnt recommend it for high-end arena, its sure as hell fun in BG's or low arena.
