But i find it curious that even power boosted as he is, that Deathwing could controll 2 elemental lords, and at the same time fight two others, it seems kind of like lore villains come off weaker in game then they are in lore
And what makes you think he is controling them?
some of the Cultists make reference to Old God leading their plans instead of the Ex-Aspect. And Neptulon is only engaged because the Naga attacked him; if Deathwing left the seas and oceans alone, he wouldn't have any conflicts with the Lord of Water, especially since Nept isn't fond of either Rag or Therazane, so he wouldn't throw in support to either of them.
And it has not ocured to you that Deathwing and this Old God might be working together?

They might...and they also might not be: after all, an Old God would want to be the one to rule the world in chaos, and Deathwing wants to rule the world, with his Flights in the position of power and everything else as slaves, servants, or food. The only thing really confirmed is that Azshara and Rag are working together in Kalimdor to bring about the destruction of the World Tree and Hyjal.
I'm still seeing a point where, if the 3rd Old God shows up, we'll see Deathwing do what he did during War of the Ancients; turn on the Old Gods again and screw up whatever plan was going on to free It from It's prison.

Mostly the fact that the Elemental Lords have a long history of not playing nice with each other. Like the elements they represent, it is in their very nature to contest one another. Add to that the fact that Ragnaros killed Thunderaan and absorbed his essence, who was the Wind Prince, and son of Alakir. So i doubt the Wind Lord is too pleased to be working with Ragnaros.

I don't think it matters who is stronger, eventually everyone on the powerful villain list is going to be killed by 10 nerds wearing silly hats.

Hahaha sorry, I did not mean that in any malevolant way. You two spent like three pages bickering with people, no hard feelings at my attempted failed humor.
Back on topic, this talk of an Old God intrests me, but what makes you think this one has anything to do with Azshara? since she is not in this expansion

1) we were not bickering, this forum lends it self to debate, so that is what we were doing, admitadley heated, it was still just a debate, its not like we were namecalling and talking about peoples mothers.
2)
what did you say?
3) no hard feelings (depending on what you said)

Actually...she is; finale of Darkshore, she appears, and taunts Malfurion that she and Rag are working together to destroy Hyjal, which you just sorta coasted over. She even says that her 'allies' are attacking the World Tree.

Yes but that was just kind of a cameo, i thought blizzard confirmed she would not be a boss in this expansion. and speaking of coasting over, once again i ask, what makes you think she has anything to do with the new Old God? that is to say, what makes you think the new one, is the same one that turned her?

She won't be a boss yes, but she was still a threat to the safety of all. And since the Old God who saved Xavius is probably also the same one that saved her, as both of them were in roughly the same area, and the whole Nightmare plot is now being attributed to N'Zoth, probably had a tentacle in Azshara's power boost.
I'm still hoping N'Zoth is not dealt with in Cata, and is actually a driving force in the Maelstrom expansion with Azshara.
