Warlock's T6 looks awesome. I've never levelled a Warlock high enough to even hope wearing it, but it just looks so badass.
Vestaments of Absolution (Priest Tier 5 Vestments of Absolution), simply looked incredible to me.
My favorite tier set is warlock T5 - http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=646#. I love the shoulders with with those tiny (gnome maybe :D) skulls and the whole dark and nightmare-like style.
Priest tier 1. It goes well with Wrathful Gladitor's Tabard.
My favorite is warrior t6 because it fits the class very well. It's very plate looking, not something found in today's tiers and it has spikes on it! I always thought that was funny for tanking, I mean, that must hurt the boss to hit them. It also gives the feeling of a fortress, perfect for a tank. The color is really cool, kinda darkish brownish with yellow in there. I really just love it because of the fond memories I have with my guild getting it and I wouldn't trade the tier, or them, for the world.
T2 Warrior set is still the most awesome: spiky, dark but not too. An agressive costume of a brave dragonkiller!
Paladin tier 2 has always been my favorite by far. There's something so nostalgic about the set for me. Ever since a paladin first helped me in Duskwood while decked out in this set I've loved it.
My favorite is the Malefic Raiment (Warlock Tier 6).The demon skull helm and the demon wing proc look perfect (especially on a gnome =).
Rogue Tier 10. It fit so perfectly with the theme and looked so good on undead rogues compared to other tier sets.
By far, my favorite was Druid Tier 8. I think it just looks so....druidish! The shoulders are my favorite part, the art work is so beautiful!
Lightbringer armor, t6 PaladinReally well made, nice armor detail, and gives a paladin look and feel.
Warlock tier 6 because the wings flapped while dead and you could always find where the locks all died.
