i was on curse.com and found this interesting post which i want to try to do as he says but dont knwo exactly what he is talking about
If you put this batch file in your cache folder and a shortcut to your desktop, it will clear the creature cache when you start WoW. The mod uses the cache to find things, and once it's cached, it stays there till you clear it... and you have to leave the game to do that.
del creaturecache.wdb
"C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\launcher.exe"
so how do you do that? like whats a batch file and how would i be abel to do that this?

1. Go to your game installation, for example:
C:\Games\World of Warcraft
2. Create a bat file, for example:
Start.bat
3. Put this text in the bat file, save it and use it when you wish to play the game:
@echo off
del "Cache\WDB\enGB\creaturecache.wdb"
start Launcher.exe
It will delete the cache file for NPC's each time you start the game, hence _NPCScan and other similar addons will again alert you of rares you have already seen.

Seeing the question I think '2. Create a bat file' might require a bit of explanation as well :)
Open Notepad (depending on your version of Windows it's either in Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Notepad or you can type the name in the searchbox), copy/paste the text Rinor posted in there and save it as C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\start.bat (Windows 7) or wherever you have WoW installed.
If it is indeed installed in C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\ you can also paste the following in so you can place it anywhere you want:
@echo off
del "C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\Cache\WDB\enGB\creaturecache.wdb"
start "C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\Launcher.exe"
If the game is installed somewhere else you need to replace the "C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\" part :)
