Are you implying that things get distributed online legally too? :P
There's clearly more illegal stuff now anyways...

Are you asking that ironically? =P The digital gaming market is probably bigger than the retail business side of it, and it's only growing.

Yeah, I was kidding, I have Steam and all.
But the illegal market is just out of control lol. Soooo many things.

There's always the possibility of picking up a hard copy from ebay for under $10. If you use a cd crack you won't even have to bother with the disks once you have it installed.
Or just Torrent it. I mean, the creators don't get any money from you buying it second-hand, so why not just cut out the middle-man?
I was thinking of purchasing it in a normal games store. I found out they still have it in the local ones, price is 15 euros... sigh. I would like to buy it, but probably not anytime soon... already bought two games this month, and I don't want to spend too much on games. It also makes me sad that I can not legitimately get it online, because that tends to be the most economical solution. Dunno.

Meh, I'll just get Red Orchestra 2 for half the price and 3 times the awesome.

There's a game I know I have that I want to play but I can't remember its name! =S It's a third person rpg game that came out 4 to 8 months ago and you never took fall damage. That's all I can remember! Anyone help? :)

Hmmm. Gamespot has a listing of games that were released recently,
with an rpg filter
.
From the games I see there... EYE is an indie game based on an FPS engine and the physics are more or less a direct copy, so I assume it has fall damage. Witcher 2 and Fallout do have fall damage too. You can not jump in Dragon Age 2 and Dungeon Siege 3, and I think neither in Darkspore. I have no idea if Fable 3 has fall damage, and I have no idea what Faery is.
What platform was this rpg game on? PC? Did it have like, really good graphics, or not so much? Was it set in a medieval world, or a sci-fi, or something else?

So as I mentioned the three games Im looking forward to the most are Skyrim, Arkham City, and Modern Warfare 3. I was discussing them with a friend of mine the other day, about how they are all comming out within a few weeks of each other and we are gonna wind up playing them all at the same time, and I got an idea.
Basicly you combine the plots of all three games together into one super game in which you play Batman traveling to the frozen land of Skyrim to fight a bunch of Russian terrorists riding dragons. Best. Game. Ever.
EDIT: Also on a more serious note, anybody feel like the latest few Call of Duty games feel more like the old James Bond games than the classic Call of Duty?

No. GoldenEye was better than any CoD game, imo.

Black ops definitely was but modern warfare 2 was a bit of both.

At the time maby, but the old school games just can't hold up to today's style of graphics, online play, ect. IMO
But I meant more that call of duty seems more like a spy shooter now than a war game.

The story in Black Ops is centered around you being a secret agent. It's the whole idea.

I was thinking more in the Modern Warfare games, it was around the scene where you drive a snowmobile off a cliff that this revolation came to me.
