Alright, from what I saw, you're doing fine. I do however have a couple of things that might help you along your way to wrecking charts and faces...
Why the hell are your maces so freakin' big on a female human?
Sorry about that, I was just amazed when I saw your character's picture. Jeeze...
Anywho, with your spec, it's fine, though I'll admit, the two optional talent points you picked up don't generally seem all that worth it, but that all depends on your playstyle. Your spec is like 99% a cookie-cutter spec, but it can allow for some alterations without greatly affectings your DPS. You find you need to stance dance alot for some fights? Tactical Mastery ftw! Drums of War is more for PvP since rage there is typically few and far in between. 2/3 in Incite is the usual choice, but that depends on the fight. If it's a fight where you need some serious DPS on adds, you could go into B&T; stance dance to Battle, Rend, Thunderclap, go on with your berserker mayhem.
For gear, you're fine. From your post, I figured you'd be in half blues, but you only have one. Props to you. Unless gold is a real big problem for you, replace the avalanche enchants with Landslide
ASAP
. 1K AP (that can stack) overcomes proc 500 nature damage on both weapons
greatly
. Gems are fine, but prioritize your gear so that you can gem mostly strength and not so much hit. Str+Crit for yellow is perfectly fine, but as Laalipop pointed out, unless you're getting more than 20 strength for the socket bonus, just go pure strength. Red+Yellow=20 Str? Go for it. That's fine. Blue+Yellow=20 Str? Not so much, unless you badly need the hit/crit.
Rotations? CS is top at the list, then BT, then... ect. Cleave for 2-3 units, Whirlwind for 4+. You could even macro them together, but I'd keep Cleave right next to it since you can't spam Whirlwind and Cleave like you could back in Wrath. It's only a 1 second difference (if Whirlwind hit 4 or more units), but that could screw you up with your rotation. I'd invest some time in learning macros (if you aren't using them) and I doubt you'll ever get hardcap for hit. It's possible, but not plausible. I'd say sitting around 14% should do quite nicely, but that depends on how you feel about it. I had 9.5ish% back in Wrath and I felt like I didn't need any more. That's just me, so... Yeah. I do feel haste is horribad, though. Reforge it as much as you can into the special hit cap (if you need it), expertise cap (if you ever pick up an axe that is), and crit. Don't forget mastery, but that's only if you're doing TG style. SMF is haste > mastery. Best of luck.
