Um, no, they don't. They use WW on multiple mobs, but not in their "rotation" which I imagine you mean a boss rotation.
I clarify because fury warriors used to WW on single target. They do not now.

Raging Blow currently holds the spot that whirlwind did in Wrath. You shouldn't be using WW on less than four mobs, maybe three if you're dripping in rage.

AoE? Yeah. Single target? No.
And its not really a rotation anyways.

^ It's just there for those times where more than three adds come out and want to punch your face in like you're the off, off, off tank. But then it's "spammable" since the CD goes from 10 seconds to 4 seconds! Oh my!

No class has a rotation anymore, so "rotation" means "buttons you push in order" since everything is a priority system now.

^ Pretty much. I just hope it wont become so mundane that I'll be bored when it comes to playing my enhancement shammy. I was really looking forward to playing him with all the pretty colors flashing on the screen and possibly having a fit of epilepsy from the priority system blowing my mind.

At low levels wws are a decent single target attack (like 40s) you have many free gcds, and you wont use raging blow very much since you dont have berserker rage. And slam is quite pointless since you wont have bloodsurge. And it costs less rage than heroic strikes and hits for about the same, yes hs is off global, but with so many free globals, who cares) :). So its bs>execute>bt>rb>ww>hs at those levels.
at max level, only for aoe.

Yeah, and it's worth noting it can be worth delaying CS for a second or two if you're short on rage or waiting for BT/RB to come off cooldown. Better to get them both in there while the CS debuff is active, rather than watch the debuff tick off while you've got nothing to press.
