Conquest points to HP in 4.2 question

Hello all
A quick question regarding the conversion of the Conquest P to HP.
If my cap for HP is 4000/4000 and I also have my cap in conquest points and don't spend anything untill after the implementation of 4.2, will my conquest points be converted to gold or will there be a buffer in wich i can first spend the conquest points?
Cause everything above the HP cap will be converted to gold.

Conquest & Honor Points
- All existing Conquest Points in the Currency tab have been converted to Honor Points. Any points above the Honor Point cap must be spent within the next week before Season 10 starts. Once Season 10 begins, all Honor Points exceeding the 4,000 point cap will be converted into gold at a rate of 35 silver per point and mailed to characters.

- From my understanding it means that after Tuesday the 28th, conquest points will turn into honor and you will have 1 week until the 10th season starts. During this time bliz usually removes the purchase requirements for the items, and allows you to farm and buy as much as you can. Once the 5th comes around, any honor you have above the 4,000 pieces is turned into gold at a rate of 35 sp per honor.

I'm not dumb but i think the whole situation now with the coming of 4.2 is a bit vague.
So basically after (or on?) the 28th you will have eg. 6000/4000 HP ?
Another question concerning the conquest points system :
I would like to buy the vicious weapon which costs 3400 conquest points.
I have now 1957 points and my Conquest cap is 1343 so unfortunately i'm a bit short :(
Although what i dont know and what i've been asking myself is if CPS from the daily random bg will be added on my total CPS amount and not within my weekly cap ?

All Season 9 items will cost Honor Points (equivalent to their previous Conquest Point cost) when the season ends, with the exception of any items with rating requirements attached. These items will no longer be available for purchase.
It actually says the opposite of what you are claiming. You won't be able to buy the 372 weapons.

Mine were transformed into Honour Points. Were you capped for Honour last night? If so, that's why you got gold instead.
