2pT12 is pretty underwhelming, but T4 is pretty nice for Fire and Frost.

I'm curious, the original plan was Missiles channeled on the move, kind of like the new Glyph for shamans.
Though the mana cost decrease is interesting, if they would do math logically... -_-

They did, over at EJ, Since AP has a 1.5 minute cooldown, and the fact that the mana cost doesn't apply to the AB debuff, all it does is allow you to cast 1 extra AB during burn phase.
