lich bourne tanking or not. i heard some ppl use it and some dont. its all prefrence.

Lichbourne is a self healing tool that is really only good in 2 situations imo. First if you have bad healers. Second, if you are in very high level progression content. As in, you are doing heroic Firelands already.

I suppose it could be useful for soloing content, but still if your healers are any good it's a waste of RP and a waste of those GCD's.

I've only found it useful in raids with high damage situations, it certainly is nice for some burst healing.
That being said, in heroics it's pretty much not needed unless you have an aweful healer, but I've soloed a boss from 80% with the help of lichborne, so overall I'd reccomend it. Not always nessicary, but it's better for survivability than other talents and it will come in handy eventually.
