Curho looked at the gap, and laughed. "And how do your Cenarion allies take to this destruction? If they agree to it being nessescary, then they are more parts hypocrite then they are the fools I thought them to be!" He conjured up an orb of fel flames, large due to the increased empowerment of channeling so much demonic energy through him already, and tossed it at the group. He could still attack them from range, and suspected the rift was only temporary. Even a weapon of ancient magic could only have so much effect on the natural world - as disgusting as that seemed to him.
Lak'tuk nodded smiling. "Thanks!" she said. "So, where are you from, or did I ask that already?" She chuckled, forgetfull her.

"I was born in Stormwind, but I have many homes all over the worlds," Meyer shrugged, then smiled again, "You could say I'm a cosmopolitan."

:
Laylesmus
Location
:
Naxxramas in the Plaguelands
Description
:
An Undead Warlock of the Scourge and student/apprentice to Kel'Thuzad, Laylesmus is skilled in the shadowy arts of Affliction and will do anything to carry out his master's will, while having no power in the arts of Demonology or Destruction, he has no minions or demon slaves, but can instantly turn the tides of any battle using powerful shadow magic that could even rival a powerful Shadow Priest. ((Laylesmus's armor looks like the old Merciless Gladiator PvP Warlock T4 set, or for better reference, like Meryl Felstorm, he has no weapon and all that can be seen from him is his glowing red eyes within his shadowy hood and the bones sticking out of his mid-arm.))
"Master, you called for me?" kneeled down Laylesmus infront of the great Kel'thuzad. "You have served well Laylesmus, I am afraid that I can teach you no further, you're skills indeed exceed many, but you are weak in many ways and still have much to learn." Kel'thuzad said, sacrificing a nearby skeletal servant with a flick of his cold, dead, fingers. "My scouts report Burning Legion activity in Felwood, this is unacceptable by Lord Arthas, the Burning Legion were to be destroyed during the third war, now go and investigate this matter, Laylesmus, with good haste!" Kel'thuzad ordered impatiently. "At once master, it shall be done in the name of the Scourge!" quickly replied Laylesmus, not wanting to upset Kel'thuzad. Taking a portal from the floating necropolis, he teleported all the way to Jaedenar in Felwood, then summoning his new Dreadsteed awarded from Kel'thuzad, it's name was Netherspeed, the fire it emitted was green instead of the typical red fire. And now he would have to find whatever Burning Legion threat was scouted.

Curho just laughed. "Beat or be beaten! This is the way of the Legion! You defeated them for they were weak! I, however, am stronger than you will ever be! Come, face me and let us see who is truely the greater. Or will you cower behind your deffenses like you mortals always do?"
"A what?" Lak'tuk asked, having never heard that word before.

Curho laughed. So easily drawn to violence. He then inhailed and breathed out a torrent of fel flames onto the charging tauren.
"Sounds like a lot of traveling," Lak'tuk said.

"Well, obviously. I mean, you can learn a lot sitting in a comfy chair with a mug of something hot and tasty, looking through ancient books, but only after spending a decade or two in the wilderness does the knowledge stick," Meyer explained. He wasn't even exaggerating, being in his early thirties he had spent almost one half of his life traveling - and, obviously, steadily growing more and more powerful.

The mace struck Curho and broke many ribs and sent him staggering back, but demonic stamina and ressilience kept him standing. He swung a massive claw at the tauren, conjuring a bolt of shadow to strike the tauren after his melee attack landed or was blocked.
"Why's that?" Lak'tuk asked.

Amanda crossed her arms, intrigued. "And whom would you have in mind?"
Amanda's corpse shot up as the ghostly vapor entered it. She was in the Undercity, a safer place for her body while her spirit was elsewhere. "There has been a change of destination," she said to those around her. The group, Hannah, Hansel, and the others, nodded collectively.

"Practice. When the sun is shining into your face, wind is throwing sand down your throat and overly zealous paladins are at your heels - only then do you realize what you are really made of.
And besides, magic is awesome and can solve many problems, but sometimes fitting in, blurring and talking to other people can do the trick just as well.
Now, your dad probably doesn't travel all that much, he has responsibilities here, after all, but he's already a fully established malefic, right?"

Hearing talk and what seemed like a battle in the not too far distance, Laylesmus quickly hurried to find what at a first look seemed to be six figures fighting. "This is it" Laylesmus thought aloud. "One of them has to be in with affliation with the Burning Legion..." Finding a good place to watch the motion in a good range, he dismounted Netherspeed and took a seat, he would observe this event.

"Yeah, he's really powerful, but he dosn't get to go many places," she frowned. "Then how come he's so powerful? If you claim that traveling makes you strong, then how come my dad's so strong? He hasn't been that many places."

"One: there's different types of power - sometimes brute force fails where cunning diversity, applied with less raw energy succeeds, and vice versa.
Two: are you sure you know everything about your father's life?
Three: it also depends on each individual warlock."

"Well there's one in Elwynn, one in the Hinterlands, one in Wetlands - basically, near most major settlements where I won't be killed where I stand for having pink skin and round ears," Wilhelm chuckled, "Plus a couple in the Outland."
"And they're nothing fancy - a big, plushy bed, an equally plushy chair, a fireplace - anything your richer than average bachelor might need, topped with equipment for my research in magic field. Why?"

"The Outlands?" Lak'tuk asked, a few of the demons had mentioned it before, and she remembered Curho having done some research on it, but she did not know what it was. "What's the Outlands?"

"The remnants of the world your whole race originates from, kid. And the best example of a sorcery gone wrong. The world, once known as Draenor, is now literally torn apart, and bound to our world via a dimensional gateway known as the Dark Portal," Meyer explained.
