I am sure this has been asked before but I am unable find the posts, I am looking for actual number for Feral Cat Stats.
How much Crit should I have 40% 45% 50%?
How much Mastery, 16, 17 ..20?

I believe, from previous expansions at least, that the only stats you can have "too much" of this early, is expertise and hit. To cap crit, I believe you need almost 75 % or something ridiculous like that. I seem to recall some classes actually had that problem late-wrath, where their crit couldn't increase anymore.

For some reason I cannot recall the specific number off the top of my head but it is not much over 75% that said that also requires Hit and Exper to be capped.

Ok 75% is max ..
what is the soft cap ? for Crit? or mastery?

Teiwazgod, the question of crit caps is summed up at
this
post in the Bedrock vs Talisman thread. I'd recommend reading ALL of the relevant posts in that thread though, to better your understanding. What it amounts to is that white attacks suffer from 24% being converted to glancing blows and bosses innately reducing 4.8% crit to hit, so if there are no other factors, the crit cap (for WHITE attacks) is 100-24+4.8=80.8%
For Yellow attacks, the cap is either 100% or 104.8%, depending on if bosses crit suppression applies to specials or not.
If I understand mastery correctly, it doesn't have a cap, because there is no point at which it will stop function or start scaling poorly.
Haste has a hard cap in the range of 125% haste, since that will net 45 energy regen per second, which is as fast as you can spend it spamming skills, and an effective ('soft') cap around 60-75% (32-35 energy per second), considering Omen of Clarity procs and lower energy ability usage.
There is no cap for Agility.

Not that any of this matters until patch 4.5 or 4.6 or something. Remember, the crit cap is reliant on being hit and expertise capped as well. all chances of not hitting your target reduced the crit cap. So without any hit, that reduces the cap by 8 %.
The question remains though, how beneficial is it for cats to cap crit? A crit grants an additional combo point, which is pretty good to easier get to 5 points - But the more you crit, the greater the chance of wasting combo points due to having 4 points prior to the crit. Does this mean we have a soft cap at some point, or is it still too early to tell? I didn't have a kitty back in Wrath, and I'm not sure if some of the rules still apply, either.

100-24-4.8=71.2%
This is wrong.
100 - 24 = 76
From there you must ADD the crit suppression on top.
76 + 4.8 = 80.8%
Because you must have 4.8% MORE crit to counteract the suppression.
That said for some reason 4.8 does not seem right to me.

From all the research I've read, the only thing you can actually get too much of right now is hit and expertise. If you're getting close to the cap, start looking into getting other stats. But as of 4.2, all of the secondary stats are roughly equal in value to us. If you still have the T11 2pc bonus, Mastery is a bit better b/c of the bleeds. If you are most interested in upping your DPS for swipe spamming, hit and expertise come to the fore. Any fights that prevent you from keeping your bleeds up all the time favor haste and others over Mastery. Any fights where you can put bleeds up on multiple targets at the same time favor mastery. Any fights where you can't be actively attacking something all of the time, but can still keep the bleeds going favor mastery.
This is the first time I ever remember not having to worry about maxing or minimizing at least one secondary stat. It does take some getting used to. But until we reach higher gear levels, the only thing you need to worry about is not going over the hit and expertise caps.

Yes curly, thank you. I seem to suffer from random and severe bouts of herpderp, and am thankful to have folks like you to fix me. I'll edit the original post.

I like to thank everyone for the replies,
So based on what everyone has said
Agility No Limit
Mastery No Limit
Crit 75% Hard cap (effected directly by the Hit and Expertise cap)
Haste 125% Hard cap
What I want to know what is the ideal % or number to get before moving on to the next stat?
Example if i have 40% Crit and 17% Mastery (no buffs) should I start reforging into haste?
How much is too much crit before i should move into another stat cause it value increase as i reach a certain number?
For most Feral Cat druids what should they have as Crit and Mastery stat?

Crit
75%
Hard cap (effected directly by the Hit and Expertise cap)
76% + crit suppresion.
Most say it is 4.8% for crit suppression but for some reason it just does not seem like the correct number.
