Start an alt and do it all over again.....or just take a break except for the raid nights.

Archaeology? There are a lot of nice vanity items- I'm still working on the Bug Mount and the Claw Pet.

If you just want to play that one toon, how about filling out achievements you haven't got yet?
Cheers.

Some good suggestions here. I'll add: Start an alt of the opposite faction and see the world from that side.
I've recently started doing some BC dungeons solo, originally for rep, but now I do it for fun and profit. A few of them I'd hardly ever seen, as I came late in BC, and went on to Northrend before doing a lot of the dungeons in Outland. Outland is up next for a makeover, so I thought I'd see it while it's still there. :) Depending on your situation, you might want to try something similar.

It kind of sounds like you beat the game-lol. If you're not interested in repeating the same material on an alt, maybe try a different game? I still log onto WoW for arenas and dailies, and sometimes level my alts or do some archaeology, but I have been spending time on other RPG's lately. There are some good ones out there.

While WoW may not "technically" have an end, their is, at some point, where you may have gotten all you can from the game in its cirrent state. And it sounds like you may be at that point. Without just doing it all over again on an alt or opposite faction, you dont have a lot of options.
The only things that come to mind that haven't been mentioned are play the AH and shoot for goldcap or twink out a toon at your level of choice and PvP.

My suggestion would also be working the AH for Gold. If you havent already, create an alt and make yourself a banker with a guild bank. Start stashing all your gold iin the guild vault and continue to save up through the next expansion. If successful, you could have enough Gold by then that you could possibly hit a few world firsts when it comes to professions.

Although you say you don't want to level any more toons, have you considered the challenge of levelling an alt in an unconventional way? There was a recent WoWInsider article about a player who levelled a hunter without spending a copper, which meant no training, no first aid, no mounts, no flightpaths etc. She had only her basic level one spell and a pet she couldn't control.
Other unconventional methods for levelling:
Pacifism - no killing
Herbalism and/or Mining
Archaeology
Everyquesting
Dungeons only
BGs only
Permadeath
Questless levelling - any combination of xp granting activities other than quests

Get exalted (or at it's highest) with every available reputation faction.
Continue to do achievements and Feats of Strength that are still available.

That sounds horrible.
Some people enjoy challenges. Normal levelling is child's play, unique levelling requires more problem solving ability.
