About us:
Arete is a progression oriented raid guild currently in transition from 10 mans to 25's. Made up of friends with years of experience with content over a variety of games, we were founded on a few simple principles. Namley, raiding can be fun, focused, and leave you your life if done with the right people. Our focus is on a small tight knit team where every member is vital to the guild running well. In the end it's all about getting things dead on our schedule and enjoying ourselves along the way. If you don't have a sense of humour, if you like to find excuses for mistakes rather than own up to them, or if you want to focus on gear more than people than this is definately not the guild for you. With the switch to Firelands we had a resurgence in numbers back to the guild so we're on the point of needing a few more people in the right classes and specs to make 25 man a viable option in guild. I will stress we are not recruiting for the bench. If you get accepted you will raid.
