Since the introduction of the shared cooldown between CoS (Cloak of Shadows) and CR (Combat Readiness) was put in place this patch, is the Glyph of CoS more viable, since you have to choose between the two? Say you're in a 2s arena match, and you're faced against a warlock and a physical DPS (i.e warrior, rogue, etc), and they have decided to focus you. You have DoTs you need to get rid of, but if you were to use CoS you would only have evasion to soften the blows of the physical DPS. Here, the glyph of CoS greatly improves your chances of survival, and allows you to only have to wait out the measly DoTs of the physical DPS, if any, before restealthing.
Assuming the usual set of major glyphs being glyph of blind, of glyph preparation, and glyph of garrote, I was thinking replacing it with the glyph of blind when not doing arenas or if your arena partner has many CCs, such as a warlock or a mage, or with the glyph of garrote if you can deal with the lesser silence duration.
However, he one disadvantage that I can see immediately is that it is potentially situational. So, my question to all of you is, is the glyph of CoS viable for PVP, specifically arenas?

In my opinion it's a little too early to tell. From what I've seen so far there are a lot of heavy melee comps running right now. I've seen a bit more melee/melee/healer then caster/melee/healer so I have kept the same 3 glyphs for this season so far. May change as I go up the ladder with the strength of WLD, WLS, RLS and anything with a Feral.
The duration of CoS is what is keeping this Glyph from replacing anything. It's only 5 seconds of 40% reduction. But to answer your question about viability - Yeah for sure it's viable. Garrote would probably be the Glyph I would replace unless Blizz realizes that double bomb is ridiculously OP in certain situations. The Blind Glyph seems too strong for quick switches.
Here's a good forum post on AJ that has a few other player's opinions -

Short answer:
No
Long answer:
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Serious answer:
The duration is too short and other glyphs are better.
Rogues just have to be more precise on cooldown usage.
