Looking for a Good Reforger

I'm looking for a good reforger site. I currently use Mr. Robot but with the lastest gear upgrades it has me dropping below both Exp and Hit soft caps.
Does Rawr have a reforging built?
Here is my current toon link. >

The weakness in Ask Mr Robot is that its recommendations are strict. You can't use part of the Optimization calculation for some class-specs where if you try you end up in a messed up state.
I glanced at your character but saw nothing serious. What do you think is missing? Why don't you want to use Ask Mr Robot's recommendations?

The problem is with the suggested reforgeing it puts me at 7.9% Hit when soft cap is 8% and at around 24 or 25 Exp when 26 is the soft cap. And those are critical stats for a melee dps to have.
Yes the reforging is stricted but for some reason it values Mastery more then want the soft caps are and thats why I want to see want other sites people here use for there reforging.

If you reforge 200 of your best non-hit/exp stat into 80 hit when you're at 7.9% hit, you aren't trading 80 stat for 80 hit. You're trading 80 stat for something closer to about 20 or 30 hit. Once you get to 7.9% hit there's probably nothing that you can reforge into hit for a DPS increase.

I personally use
www.wowreforge.com
I find it to b a very good site and lets you kinda pick and choose which solution you like best. It also lets you plug in things you dont have yet so if you are about to get somthing you can really see how much it changes things around.

For some class-specs the reforging is straightforward: For Holy and Prot, its pretty easy for Ask Mr Robot to show you what to do (or even do it yourself). On the other hand for Ret, it gets pretty involved due to the stat weights and the multiple target caps. You can easily end up in a state where you are Reforging Haste->Hit on one item then Hit->Exp on another item then Exp->Mastery on yet another item and so on but the net result is a functional improvement because the net result is you Reforged away something less valuable (Haste in this example) for something else (Mastery in this example) while sustaining the caps.
Taking a quick look at what Ask Mr Robot recommends, the important thing it shows is an improvement of 77 Strength and a 172 Attack Power and while losing 30 Expertise and 18 Hit. That doesn't seem like a bad trade to me.

The strenght and Attack power gains from Mr.Robot are from enchant changes not from reforgeing gear. The 77 strenght comes from +strenght to hands and updatinf my shoulder enchant which I keep forgotting to get.
Strenght is a basic stat and one of the few stats that can't be reforged into or out of.
@Pezz
So this brings up and good point. If your .01% of Hit or 25 on Exp how often does that cause you to miss/dodged/or Parried?

Hey Wolf,
I've been reading up, and was going to post sooner or later. I think I can speak a bit for Pezz too because we are usually in agreement about pretty much everything.

You can get the % change to miss right from the stat page of your toon. Hover your mouse over hit or expertise, and it will show you the % change to miss against mobs of different levels.
Back to the original problem at hand. Mr. Robot, is a pretty good reforger, but you also need to remember that its based off of large sample size simulators. This means that after 8 hours of beating something up, Mr. Robot can tell you that you'll get more DPS when you have 7.9% hit, and 44 extra crit rating, than if you had 8.3% hit and 44 less crit rating. Its a math simulator, you can't argue with the results. BUT you can make choices for yourself. Ask yourself, if you are a Ret paladin fighting
Ragnaros
and the adds spawn during the transition, do you want there to be a .5% chance to miss your first TV on one of those adds? I know I don't. Sometimes knowing that your never going to miss a strike vs, the 20 - 40 more DPS you'll gain from that rating, is very much worth it.
All in all, keep using Mr. Robot, its a very easy to use reforger, and is updated often. After you have your results from Mr. Robot, look over the gear yourself, find the lowest rating possible, and put yourself over the hit and expertise soft caps. That way your staying in line with what Mr. Robot says, but with a slight modification which will help you in the short duration fights.
Cheers,
Hat

Like Hat said, in scenarios where you need to have consistent burst DPS (or consistent HoJs) it's often a good idea to take the net DPS loss so you can be hit and expertise capped.
In a Patchwerk fight, Mr. Robot optimizes you to the point where you are doing the
best
possible DPS using the given stat weights.
The only exception to this is if are... say 0.05% below the hit cap. That means that 1 in 20000 of your special attacks will miss. On a normal fight it is very unlikely that you will miss an attack, but due to the RNG factor you could potentially miss 10 hits across the course of the fight if you get extraordinarily unlucky.
All hit capping and expertise capping does is make your DPS more consistent. The 0.xx% chance to miss is never going to swing your DPS more than RNG from procs and other things ever would (especially as a Ret).

I also have to ask why you wouldn't take what Ask Mr Robot is suggesting for the Enchants as well. Is it a money or materials issue?

The cloak, hands, and legs are all about to be upgraded to teir 12 gear. So I find it pointless to waste all those Crystals when there about to be upgraded anyway.
And no money is not really an issue. My Pally is a Enchanter so its not like I can't afford the enchants. That and I have around 40 M. Crystals in my bank right now anyway.
