I'm only interested in tank and rdps, but I know others are probably looking for mdps and heals as well. Everywhere I look I see stat priorities and gear lists but what I want are the actual 4.2 weights that I can plug into things like Pawn, Mr. Robot, and even Wowhead itself.
Already tried Wowhead, EJ, MMO-champ, and even just plain old google and got nothing for my troubles. So anyone have the actual numbers that can be plugged in?

Here's what I'm using for Cat DPS (generated from Mew with ~360 iLv, relatively short encounter duration, nothing capped, slightly tweaked):
WDPS
Agility
Strength
Attack Power
Mastery Rating
Haste Rating
Critical Strike Rating
Expertise Rating
Hit Rating
5.44
3.29
1.27
1.21
1.06
1.01
1.00

And here's Mew's Tanking output (not sure about these, but it's something -- the third column is my own weighted combination of the two using an 80/20 Mitigation/TPS approach)
StatTPSMitigation
Total
Agility
Armor
Attack Power
Bonus Armor
Critical Strike Rating
Dodge Rating
Expertise Rating
Haste Rating
Hit Rating
Mastery Rating
Stamina

Mew's tanking stat weights for you look
very
strange. Even your adjusted weights have some weird results. Stam, for instance, seems way undervalued.
@OP
At your gear level a dodge build is going to be the way to go, unless you are
much, much
better geared in bear than moonkin. Mr. Robot actually gives a good "off the shelf" set of stat weights for a dodge bear build. You can easily view the weights Mr. Robot uses for a dodge build by clicking on bear spec, then click the stat weights tab. You can plug those values into any tool you like.

Meh, no skin off my back if you don't like them (I agree they look... odd). I don't even use them, I just figured I'd throw up some Mew results (in fact, I generated those in response to this post, which was the first time I'd used Mew's bear simulation). Mew doesn't have any sort of "survivability" quantification that would bump up Stams weighting, so Stams low value makes sense to me (it also uses purely physical incoming damage, I think -- that would also devalue stamina relative to the others). The TPS and Mitigation columns also make sense on their own, perhaps my weighting/combining process was misguided or incomplete, but there's still useful information up there, if hidden.
For the record, I use Rawr's RSVs (with a configured boss handler) for my Bear pawn set.

Sorry that is not intended to offend you, but rather point out that the OP may not want to use these numbers, as the picture is incomplete. Judging from his post he does not have enough of a grasp of the relative values of stats to be able to tell something is amiss just by looking at it. I just want to prevent him from being led astray.
I would be willing to bet that if you compared the gearing/gemming/enchanting results of the values you posted to what you actually use there would be a significant difference between them.

I agree, I just interpretted the OP's request differently than you. I thought he was looking for a whole bunch of information from various sources. If a simple AskMrRobot cookie cutter RSV set is what he wants, that's easy enough to get.
