Thanks in advance.
Edit: They'll be used in PVE

Depends on the group. If you're the only caster in the group, you'll prolly wanna lay down Strength of Earth and Windfury totem. etc etc. Whatever benefits the most people, unless there's another shaman there then you can have both windfury and WoA

If im alone though, questing in a sense. What do I lay down to benefit me as an ele sham overall?

Elemental doesn't use flametongue. As elemental while you're still gearing up, mana spring will probably serve you better. After that, resistance totem will mitigate more dmg than healing stream will heal if there's magic dmg at all going around.

Or you can just glyph the healing totem and it will serve as both.

But I needs my
Charred Glyph
! Healing Stream is ticking for 798 on my enh shaman in PvP gear. Such a low amount doesn't warrant a glyph slot for me while not Resto. As Resto that glyph is a no-brainer.

Something I posted in another thread asking this question.
It just depends on the group if you're in one. If not then
,
,
Healing Stream Totem
/
(depends on if you need mana or not) and
.
If you're in a group just put down the buff that isn't represented. Since the Spell Power from an Ele Shaman's
fire totem
is more then
Arcane Intellect
. Depending on the fight you can use any of the 3 available to you.
If you have a Paladin Tank, use
. If you have a Warrior or a DK then use Stoneskin. If you have both ask the Paladin to use a different aura and use the Stoneskin.
If you have a class that provides a mana regen, such as
, then use Healing Stream. You can use HS totem all the time as healing doesn't stack. You can also use
if a Pally healer isn't using
Concentration Aura
.
If you have someone to provide the WoA totem, such as a Moonkin or Spriest, then use
Windfury Totem
for the melee classes.
As for
I would wait until a boss to use it.
As for Resto it is pretty much the same as Ele. I would use Healing Stream more often unless you really need mana. Don't forget about
or
Spirit Link Totem
as they are helpful.
