2/3 vs 3/3 precision

Does anyone run with 3/3 precision (therefore 2/3 opportunity)?
On paper it has been said 3/3 is slightly behind 2/3, but I was wondering if anyone actually does it that way.
Reforging is a but of a pain, so i thought i would ask first if anyone does it 3/3
It's tempting to have a little extra haste by not reforging it to hit

You can spec into it, and as you said, on paper it results to be behind.
But the difference is very little, and it's completely viable imho.

The extra 10% damage usually is better than the reforged stats you would use if you had 2% extra hit.
