I don't heal Holy these days, but I would say that the tenants of healing would apply here. Having to flash a lot in most cases means that you failed to predict and prepare for incoming damage. It happens to the best of us, after all that's why we have the spell, but knowing when and where damage is coming and being ready for it will make your life much easier.
That said, 9K is a bit low for your gear level, but it was trash, and your HPS can change a lot depending on the quality of the Trash run group, and the other healers in said group. Having a look at your spell usage on a traditional fight would help a lot to spot any improvements. Barring a WoL parse, you have a recount breakdown of heals used?
Looking at your gear, you seem to have sacrificed a lot of int for regen than I would have personally liked. I would swap out those pure yellow/blue gems for purple/orange gems that have +20int/haste or +20int/spirit. Also: No prismatics in the belt slot, that just means the slot is colorless, so drop a Int gem in there!
You also have loads of mastery, switching a bit of that into haste should be an overall gain. The numbers I'm finding is mastery and haste are near equal (with haste having a slight edge at .75 PP per point of int versus Masterys .70), but Healing is an odd beast (and not my forte), so I'm unsure of the ideal haste/mastery balance you would want.

Keep in mind that your HPS is directly related to how much there is left to heal with other healers "sniping" you meters.
HPS is not for healing what DPS is to damage-dealers.
I have a 360-something geared resto shaman. I regularly run with Hpally and a Tree. Between the pre-hots and LoD/HR's snuck in around me, I lose a lot of my HPS to them. Especially the tree, who pulls 20k hps seemingly in his sleep.
I'm normally kept under 10k, and its a measure of the fight when I can catch up to the tree and/or break 10k with them, getting to like 12k and beyond I only notice when raid-wide AoE's start getting rediculously brutal, like Shannox burn or racing Beth.
I start to climb quite easily to 15k ballpark when I'm specifically not with the Tree.
Also, as I understand it, you stack haste to hot breakpoints, then mastery inbetween as its free heals and quite potent.

As holy i can easily keep up with a tree in most raid encounters. The above quote is wrong. Mastery is only good with raid wide constant AoE damage which there is non unless your at raggy last phase. I have it at 20% and keep it around that %. Everything else goes into haste for faster PoH and Gheals. HoT breakpoints are old news.
in raid wide circumstances you should be blasting the 20k hps mark with ease.

Like I said, that's how I understood it, but I never really played holy, I just felt too clumsy with it.
Also, I feel I should make the distinction that I run 10m, if the 3 healers didn't make that obvious, heh.

in Zeroics i find my self spamming flash alot cuz i just cant keep everyone up ( especially if its a dk tank).
Just a heads up here, coming from a DK tank, we have
tons
of self-healing. Try checking the healer meter after a run with a DK. They have substantially more than everyone else. Don't fret because they drop to half hp, just continue healing. No one needs to be capped, and this applies to DKs as well. By intelligent use of DS, we heal 20 % of all damage we take, and shield ourselves for even more than that. We have a short CD which grants us 10 % of our total health, and a short CD which allows you to heal us more, and even a passive damage reduction cd. You should be afraid of DKs just dying like that. If you have ever died while healing a skilled DK, you would know. Most DKs with some skill can solo-heal themselves through some bosses, even in the Zandalari dungeons. Using Flash isn't the right choice, unless the DK sucks, of course.
