Hello fellow hunters! Im pretty good with my hunter, but the number crunching aspects seem to elude me. What could my hunter use improvement on? Here he is

I just dont know anything about haste plateaus and such, just about the only thing I know is that Im 1% over the hit cap, and even with reforing hit to crit its like that. Im currently working on getting the ring from unlocking the moonwell in the molten front, and my next valor purchase will be the T12 gloves. In heroics I pull about 18-20k, and in raids I pull about 20k-22k.
Any criticism or suggestions would be marvelous, thank you :)

It looks like you are still gearing up. Give the nerfed T11 raid content a shot, you can probably easily clear that stuff even with a PuG. That should net you some helm, shoulders, neck, and other non ZG/ZA upgrades. 4PT11 is still awsome for MM even though you went for 2P T12.
In terms of gemming, you are already a bit over hit cap. Don't feel the need to have to activate each gem socket bonus on your gear, even if it gives +10 agility. I'd rather have +40 agi than +20 agi with a +10 agi bonus with extra hit.
You're a bit over in the haste department as well, I generally aim for low haste values as MM and around 767 as SV. Max out pathing too as MM, the haste ensures you don't need to even worry about Haste stats on gear at that point.
Other than that, you could farm FL trash for that lovely Xbow and other BoEs that drop there. If you can get into a FL raid itself the better your gear could get. GL.

Lorkin's got a large amount correct on this one. Lower your haste, you want 757 for survival. (That's the first haste plateau). Lower your hit by a large amount, you've got about 100 extra hit points that would be happy to go somewhere else.
@Your Helm, replace that Red JC gem with a yellow 20 agi 20 crit. You'll activate that socket bonus, which is big, as compared to other socket bonuses of 10 agi. It's a small agility loss from the JC gem to the normal kind, but if you change up some of your other gems, so you're not activating every socket bonus, you'll raise your agility to compensate and then a little bit.
Sounds like you have a fair amount of things down already in game, but I would change the gems around, get some 359/378 gear, and lower your hit and haste.
