Need help - The [harm] condition in Macro's.

So I just found out that my Holy Shock macro (from quite a while ago) no longer works. The macro is as follows:

#showtooltip
/cast [] Holy Shock

If I have a harmful target, it casts it on that target. How I want it to be is that it should cast it on myself if I indeed have a harmful target. Any idea how to fix?
