Blizz changed the way in which double /cast worked, where the second cast wouldnt work when the first one didnt apply to current state.
All i know that could work is /castsequence with a reset of 10 orso.

Some neat and often overlooked/unknown ways to keep scroll in/out on mousewheel and add some functionality.
Bear in mind I also run the appropriate focus+reg ones in arena, these are primarily for BG/RBG and world PvP encounters where there are too many targets to efficiently manage with focus.You've made my day! I can't believe I've never tried this before -- i've been resigned to having to use ctr+alt+mousewheel for my camera zoom functionality ever since I figured out you could bind stuff to the mouse wheel ^_^
