The level 85 dailies are located in the Tol Barad Peninsula, Mount Hyjal, and Deepholm. You can only do the hyjal ones if you complete
Guardians of Hyjal: Call of the Ancients
, which involves doing most of the Mount Hyjal quests. The Deepholm dailies are only available (I think) if you finish the entire quest chain in Deepholm. And you can take a portal in Orgrimmar/Stormwind to go to Tol Barad :D
To go along with this there are also dailies in Twilight Highlands for the Dragonmaw/Wildhammer clan.

Well I manage to raid while working. It's not that bad really, you might have a few late nights, but worst case scenario you get 4 hours sleep - not that bad depending on how young you are lol. For example we raid 3 days a week, it's just 3 days that I go to bed 2 or 3 hours later than usual. Not the end of the world. If anything, gearing up for raids is more time consuming than actual raids.
The best thing you can do is check out some of your realms raid guild websites and apply. Better than having nothing to do but level alts.
And don't worry about joining an already full team, trust me, I know from personal experience that stuff happens and people can't make it. Sometimes for weeks on end, such as when moving to a new flat etc. Getting internet up and that kind of thing takes time.
So a spot is always available, don't get discouraged
:)
