Winter Veil for sure. I'm not a fan of the real Christmas but the in-game Christmas event is a great way to celebrate in some way.
Hallow's End for sure - the decorations and atmosphere are awesome!
My favorite holiday is Pilgrims Bounty because my birthday always falls within the celebration. I love the food and the buffs which come with it, and the fact that you can level up your cooking to the highest with the daily cooking quests. I enjoy the challenge of the quests like Turkey Lurkey and The Turkinator. I especially like the achievement Pilgrim's Peril because I think this is the best time of the year for everyone to get along, at least a little lol. This is also the celebration of my real favorite holiday; Thanksgiving! It is a time of warmth and sharing and the Sharing is Caring achievement reflects that. I love having the Pilgrim title! :D
hallow's end, most fun activities to do!
My favorite holiday in WOW is Winter Veil /Christmas. I have participated in it every year that WOW has been out as I haven't been able to celebrate with my family. I love the decorations and quests and pets. And getting presents from under the tree. :)
Brewfest everytime! Its the season where you can get drunk, be silly and just generally mess around without feeling like a fool. The whole World of Warcraft would never be the same without such an event.
Winter Veil is definatly my favorite. Its so cozy and nice, and it really reminds you of the real christmas, and really puts you in the spirt, but in WoW and the real world:) Who doesnt like presants?
My favorite WoW holiday will always be Winter's Veil. I still have fond memories of having to get a raid together to kill the Abominable Yeti in classic while collecting snowballs to knock unsuspecting Hordies off our bridge in AV. Waiting to unwrap all the presents under the tree in Ironforge has become a Christmas Day tradition for me. I remember Winter's Veil not for the holiday achievements that seem only to detract from the real joy of the holiday but for doing the quests and traditions just for fun, because that is what gaming is about, having fun. Finding Metzen the Reindeer without the aid of a quest helper was also enjoyable, giving you a real sense of accomplishment for finding him before your friends, and being able to tease them about not finding him as fast as you did. There might not be any special holiday mounts associated with Winter's Veil but it is still my favorite WoW holiday and will remain so for as long as it is still alive.
Brewfest is my favourite holiday. It was the first the WoW holiday I ever participated in and I remember thinking how cool it was back in 2007. I've done it every year since then and I loved seeing the new quests and Coren added to it. Still haven't gotten both mounts on one character though :(.
Definitely Hallow's End. The PvP achievements, the world exploration, the costumes, treats, tricks, etc. Mini Diablo! And don't forget Ol' Headless!
Hallows End! I love Halloween!
Hallows End- The best holiday for alot of reasons, the companions, costumes and all the candy especially G.N.E.R.D.S. Along with the headless horseman who drops the best mount EVAR, and there's pumpkins :O. The sinister squashling is completely awesome, and hey just to think who doesn't love free candy.
