"... Bugs?" Damon gave Leopold a warning look.
Leopold grimaced slightly. "I... see... Well then we best be off, daylight's wasting while we stand around. Come along, Damon. We have places to be," the man said, sweeping his coat around his feet grandly as he started off towards Ratchet.

Faithbender Praey & Nuhm Voidcaller
Dalaran
Praey grabbed her cloak and hopped into the saddle, adjusting her robes so the wind wouldnt cause them to blow up. As Skybane took off, Praey was pulling on her cloak and hood, preparing for the journey ahead.
Nuhm followed Praey, not looking forward to flying. Heights were another thing he wasn't that fond of. He patted Redtooth absently as the wyvern followed the group.

Tiziana 'Tiz' Calvin
Gjalerbron, Howling Fjord
Tiziana dismounted as she came close to the gap in the mountain that lead to the excavated tunnel-like halls, once inhabited by fearsome Vrykul. The stallion suddenly seemed anxious, and she tried comforting him before leading him by his reins into the dark hall. Once she was somewhat shielded from the blast and snow, she produced a torch from a saddle bag and lit it with a clever gnomish automatic firesteel.
The flickering light danced over the walls, casting ominous shadows in the corners, nooks and crannies. "We won't go too far in," she comforted her equine companion in a low voice - and herself, in part. "Now, let's get warm and comfortable!"
By instinct, she settled tactically in a niche with an almost clear path to the mouth of the structure, with good visibility to both sides and a protected rear. She sat down as comfortably as she could against the stone wall, draped a thick, warm blanket over her body and used the involuntary wait as an opportunity to rest.
* * *
Two hours later the storm was still howling, but now Tiziana and her horse were both warm, fed and in good spirits again. "Should we seek shelter in Fort Wildervar or push on north?" she consulted her company, which obviously didn't answer. "No, I think I'll wait here a little longer," she decided, thinking of the warmth under the blanket. "It's kind of cosy..."

Talia Martin, Kiran Hartford
Crystalsong Forest
Kiran twisted the reins of his gryphon and drifted back to fly beside Tristan. "Fun isn't it?" He yelled over the wind, grinning at the human.
Talia laughed as Ladyfingers looped and dove, making sure to stay near the others as they headed along the mountains, aiming for the pass that would bring them out near the border of Zul'Drak, Crystalsong, Dragonblight and the Hills.

"Rather creepy that girl, eh Damon?"
"Somewhat," the other man replied.
"
The little old lady swallowed a spider to catch the fly, perhaps she'll die,
" Leopold sang brightly as he continued towards Ratchet, Damon keeping pace several strides from him.

"In case you haven't figured out yet, I don't think she has any fear." Kiran called over to Tristan, the pair watching as Ladyfingers went almost completely upside down, the mage on the hippogryph's back laughing like a mad woman. "Hard to believe she's over 30 the way she asked." He said, shaking his head.

Faithbender Praey & Nuhm Voidcaller
Crystalsong Forest
Nuhm and Praey both were silent. The priestess was busy sightseeing, and the warlock was lost in his own thoughts as they flew above Crystalsong.
Llynarai Runesong
Howling Fjord
They arrived at the small cave, Shiboo awaiting them with his hackles raised and his fangs bared. Llynarai lifted a hand and the young Frostsabre backed off. "This is it," she explained to Alexxa, taking off her hood when she entered the entrance of the cave. "It's not very big."
Shiboo eyed this other woman suspiciously before returning to his place along the back wall, taking up at least half of the available space.

Axe had never liked the brilliant purple tone of Crystalsong. It got him dizzy. He asked "How long till we get outta here?"

The group flew into the mountain pass and headed southeast towards Amberpine. "Can you all hear me?" Talia asked, a spell carrying her voice to all of them. "When we reach the town, please all of you be on your best behavior; the furor for the war isn't as bad as it further south, but they may still try to stop you."
"Oh now she thinks about that." Kiran muttered.
"I heard that." Came the retort, and the half-elf flushed.

Axe
Crystalsong Forest
As seemingly the wind difficulted his speaking, Axe yelled: "Guys, Axe can't go to Amberpine! When Axe left Northrend, Axe's face still was in a poster! The townsfolk remember Axe, he folllowed clear orders to leave an unforgettable mark of the Horde there!"

"Amberpine?" Nuhm called, feeling uneasy. He didn't want to head into Amberpine, so he hoped they were just passing by.
I don't want to run into her...
he thought bitterly. "I don't exactly get along with the Alliance either," he called, looking at the others.
Praey bit her lip. "Doesn'a matta tah me, as long as dey don' try tah kill me," she said, unsure if the others heard her over the wind. She never cared much for Horde and Alliance wars; she only fought so she could continue to have her freedom. More than once she had thought about living permanently in a neutral town, because money was money and fun was fun. She had her fun and sold her potions and herbs to whoever, regardless of faction.
Llynarai Runesong
Howling Fjord
Llynarai dropped her backpack on the floor near the edge of the cavern and shook her hair loose from the confines of the cloak. She knelt down and began to build a fire, watching the other elf out of the corner of her eye. There was something... off about her, but Llynarai couldn't put her finger on it. The huntress remained silent. It was already too much that she had allowed this stranger into her shelter - she was not going to be the one to offer pleasantries.

"Hm, then slight change of plans." Talia said, nodding to herself, still speaking to all of them. She had heard the responses so she was thinking on that. "We'll have Kiran land a bit off, and those who don't trust the people of Amberpine can stay with him. Those who do can come into the town with me."
"Wait, why am I getting stuck playing..." He trailed off as she shot him a glare. "Understood." He said meekly.
"There; that's better then yes?" She asked them all.

Gabriel shivered slightly and pulled his cape tighter around him as he flew through the icy mountains that divided the grizzly hills from Howling Fjord. He pulled out the letter from his pocket and read it through again.

, he thought.
