So every object should be boxes in beta, troll look like human, dks pet look like undead (character model) and stuff like that?
yep. Those are bugs. What do you think beta-testings are for? for you to have fun with? or to report bugs?
If your answer is the latter, that's where the problem is. Betas are not previews or demos of the game. They're meant to be buggy, you're supposed to write those down and report them so the devs can fix them.

Also errors like that might depend on how far your client is on downloading all the data, as well as the timeline of the beta itself. At the beginning, models definitely are going to change, if they've even been added yet (Those boxes? Those are missing models). As you get further along, change is less likely to happen in that aspect, but it is definitely not unheard of and should even still be expected. Betas are very volatile.

I'm probably going to get hated for this, but the worst thing about video gaming right now, in my opinion, is the players themselves. While I can understand some of the criticisms players offer, I find other criticism to be more of a complaint that serves to desire (enormous) favor for the critic without strong reasoning. While the gaming industry has some other (glaring) issues, I think the first step is to recognize that we, the players, can be driven by emotion and can be a major contribution to the issues that result from the games themselves, then proceed with this in mind.
I'm not just referring to a bad community either. Sometimes, a developer may cave to something the players demand, but as it turns out, the demanding players happen to be a minority and, in fact, the game loses its net "fun" due to what the develop did to appease these players (sometimes an entire game is built from this, though that's not necessarily a bad thing either).
(This does not mean that everything a given player has to say is automatically invalid, however.)

Always online DRM for single player games that do not benefit from it in any way.
Region locks for great games artificially killing competition among local retailers. Basically, a bunch of games you can only get from an actual store with games, and they are locked on the digital distribution sites. This is done to force people to shop in the stores. The company that does the region locks benefits from when the games are sold at stores.
The prices of some games are slightly higher than I find comfortable. I would appreciate if more games stayed at or below the 40 eur line, but most of the AAA titles are more expensive than that.

#343 Do you flirt?
Sorry for not updating this for so long, kinda got wrapped up with a little something IRL :P these last 4 days have been amazing for me xD, but things are back to normal, so onwards with the QOTD.
I am running a little dry on questions though, so as usual, if you have any, send your contributions to my email.
