In my own way. I don't have a ridiculous amount of friends but I have no enemies and am extremely close with a few people, but amicable to nearly everyone I know.

Among work colleagues, clients, peers, I'm generally considered a friendly, reasonably well-liked guy. That said, I'm not a guy who people I don't know try to hang out with, so no, I'm not 'popular' in that sense.
And I'm a moderator here. I think that it's incredibly clear that I'm obviously not popular :P

We'll survive the ostracism, so that our successors can maybe be more popular than we are.

I sometimes feel like I need to take a hit to "popularity" or "play the bad cop" in order to fulfil my role on Wowhead well. In real life though, popularity, as a concept, becomes irrelevant or even alien when you move on from school. I suppose some work-places might still make popularity relevant but I've never worked in a place like that myself.

#350: Name your most attractive videogame characters ever.
There are some rules for this question.
What videogame characters you consider cute/attractive/hot.This is NOT a question of your favorite videogame characters. You don't need to LIKE the character, you just need to think its appearance is attractive. For example, even if you dislike morrigan on dragon age 1, but still think she's hot, she's on the list. So ignore completely the personality, and characteristics, and just focus on appearance.
Second rule, how many can you list? minimum 3, maximum 10.
Third rule is optional, but try to be a little open minded when doing the list, and by open minded I mean don't just list characters of the gender opposite to yours, throw a few of your same gender too, if you want. You can make a list of top male characters, and one of top female characters, or just do 1 list and mix both up.
This could work better if you POST PICTURES!!! =D

I know lil'sis but I had to include that rule, because otherwise we could potentially have the scenario where someone thinks X character is hot/cute/whatever, but they hate X, and thus don't name it. This is not a question of what characters you like, but rather which ones you find attractive. If you find them attractive AND like them, all the better, but liking them isn't required, its totally fine to put characters you hate, but still find attractive.
For example, I really dislike sylvannas, but I wont deny that she's frikking
hot
despite
specially for being a corpse.
I'll post my own list later on. For now I wanna see some more opinions

I'm alone in genuinely loving Sylvanas all together :(
I used to love her, she was on my top 5 favorite characters of warcraft during Warcraft 3, and a large chunk of wow.
Then she started using valk'yrs to ress peolpe as undead, kidnapped koltira to mind-rape him, and started to re-plague the recovering Western Plaguelands. And the love suddenly stopped.

Vulpes Inculta from Fallout New Vegas, I mean just the name has me weak at the knees. Everyone in Fallout has a busted face but he's still so hot to me...
Also to me hot has to do with personality too, Vulpes wouldn't be hot if it wasn't for his personality.
This, oh so very much. His voice also helps a lot. It's so smooth.
Otherwise, Roxas from KHII and Carth Onasi from KotOR.

Hard to say without considering personality at all. I will try to be objective and leave out characters (like Garrus) for whom it is mostly personality that makes them hot. However the way a character fights, moves, speaks, and their general persona go a long way towards how attractive they appear (even if you don't actually like them, it's part of their outward presentation), so some of these are influenced by that. My picks are (in no particular order):
Conner (Assassin's Creed 3)
Thane Krios (Mass Effect)
The Arishok (DA2)
Aric Jorgan (SWTOR)
Vilkas (Skyrim)
Geralt (The Witcher)
My warlock's Wrathguard
Illidan
There are modded characters in some of my games, or achievable character models with the character creator, that would blow some of the others off the list, but since they're not cannon, or specific characters, I won't consider them.

The main reason I wanted to leave personalities out, is because otherwise this would be a redo of my question of "name your favorite videogame characters". If we like the personality of a character, its because we like the character itself. This is just strictly speaking, appereances, looks, design, rather than their personalities. This is why this list can include characters you don't like, but still find attractive.
Here are mine, in no particular order.
Top Female
:
Lady Yuna (Final Fantasy X)
I'm not gonna lie, I had a
HUGE
crush on this character back in the day when this game was new. Not only on her appearance ,but her personality, her voice, even those heterochromic eyes (left is blue, right is green). Specially dem eyes.
Lara Croft (The new one, from Tomb Raider 2013)
This one was a pleasant surprise for me, because I've always despised the general design of the traditional Lara Croft. This new one however hits the mark at every point. Massive kudos to the team in charge of her redesign.
Ada Wong (Resident Evil 2, 4, and lord knows how many others)
Red Dresses happen to be a weakness of mine, what can I say?
The Boss (Metal Gear Solid 3)
This one is an unusual choice, but I like her, who could had thought a woman this old could be so hot? This screenshot really doesn't do her justice, her voice, the way she moves, fights, and talks carry with it the wisdom of a motherly figure, the demure of a high lady, and the strength of an army.
Mitsuru Kirijo (Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3)
She is practically a younger version of The Boss.
Honorable mention:
Sarah Kerrigan
These are my top most attractive female characters I've seen in a videogame. They fit into just about every considerable category. Young and Naive, Old but graceful and enduring, Confident and demure, and why not? Sexy and smoking HOT!.
Top Male
:
I will say that even though I'm straight as an arrow, the most attractive character ever made in the history of gaming is (IMO)
Big Boss (The Metal Gear Saga)
Even
after
losing his eye he still looks hot. Even after getting
old
He still looks awesome.
Adam Jensen (Deus Ex Human Revolution)
This one takes the second place, give him a few more years and he's almost Big Boss 2.0
Haytham Kenway, (Assassin's Creed 3)
For me, Haytham was FAR FAR FAR more fascinating, interesting, handsome, and cool than Connor. I tried to give connor a chance but good god, he's a terrible protagonist, dull, boring, stiff, and his blocky face looks seriously weird. Haytham was much more awesome as a protagonist, so much that
when it was revealed that he was a templar all along, I seriously went all like O_O OMGWTF WHAT!?!?!?!!?!?!?!
