Kingdom Hearts II: Battle against Xenmas.....come on, fighting as the boss throws buildings at you, with the action commands, is just plain awesome.
Injustice: Main universe Aquaman.
Final Fantasy: Dear god, too many to name....top 5? Kefka blowing up the world. Kuja blowing up the world. The first time the Weapons awake. The Airships of Ivalice. Pretty much anything in XIII.
Dragonball Z fighting games: Recreating the epic battles, destroying the entire battle field, and watching as a super pumped up with items Videl just destroys Kid Buu.

='( This question has had so little participation.
My turn:
MASS EFFECT
Its very hard to just pin a single moment of awesome here, so I'll try to include the best ones.
Headbutting a krogan in mass effect 2 (doubly-awesome if its female shepard doing it as she's probably 1/4 of the size of a full grown krogan)
Shutting up that INCREDIBLY ANNOYING Krogan Warlord, with a well placed shot beneath a gas pipe below him. When he mocks you for missing a shot at such a close range, you fire a second one and blow him up to smithereens.
Shepard kicking the ass of 2 turian would-be-muggers in Afterlife during Samara's loyalty quest. Its not even right to call that a fight as it lasts a grand total of 6 seconds to put both of them down.
Thane's introduction in Mass Effect 2 during his recruitment mission. Swoops down, snaps the neck of a bodyguard, grabs the gun of the second one, shoots the third one, snaps the neck of the second one, then puts the gun on the belly of the boss of the bodyguards, shoots her pointblank, then carefully lays her on her desk drops the gun, and silently says a prayer for himself. All in about 12 seconds. BADASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Breaking Kai Leng's sword in ME3 with your bare hands shortly before gutting him like a fish. TAKE THAT YOU BASTARD!!!! >=(
Wrex charging forward against the reapers in Tuchanka:
I AM URDNOT WREX, AND
THIS.IS.MY.PLANET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And the most grandiose moment of awesome in the entire trilogy for me, has got to be the final boss of the Citadel DLC. I can't say it enough times: BEST BOSS BATTLE, EVER. Period.
Final Fantasy
Many moments of awesome to be had here.
Yuna leaping off the tower of bebelle (after delivering a non-verbal F YOU to Seimour) and have her aeon catch her mid air.
Anything Auron does. All the time.
The opera in FF6. Made all the more impressive that they were able to pull it off with the limiting sound restrictions of the time.
The garden of Balamb taking off for the first time in FF8. I saw this as a teenager and my jaw hit hte floor when I first saw that glorious majesty. But it was outdone by.......
The Garden of Balamb vs The Garden of Galbadia. That entire battle is pure awesome. All of it. From us having to repel troops invading or base on flying motorcycles and mecha-tanks, to then go on the offensive by RAMMING OUR BASE AGAINST THEIRS.
Metal Gear Solid
Snake vs the Ninja on the revamped Gamecube version.
Ninja vs Metal Gear, also on the revamped version.
Raiden vs Vamp on MGS4
Solidus vs 4 mass produced Rays in MGS2 (made more impressive by the fact that he took 4 gigantic robo tanks with a frikking p90. ABSURD as hell, but doesn't make it any less cooler)
Ocelot and his constant obsession with pulling off overly complicated gun juggling maneuvers before, during, and after each of his duels.
Snake and Raiden vs an army of Cyborg Ninjas at the end of MGS2.
Fortune and her BFG of a rail gun vs a full team of Navy Seals. To call that a battle would be like calling you stepping on an ant nest a fight.

#366: Do you think its wrong to kiss your children on the lips/mouth?
If so, why? If not, then do you only consider it ok if its just the kid's parents? or other close relatives? who would and would not be appropriate to do so? at what age (if any) do you think this should stop?

... Why would you kiss ANY children on the lips/mouth..

When I was a kid, on the rare occasion it happened, it always made me feel really, really uncomfortable. I don't think the parent sees it as anything other than being affectionate or giving a kiss on the cheek, but it's not a position I'd put another kid in because I know I thought it was really weird, and I know kids may not want to say they feel like it's weird even if they do. I just associate a kiss on the mouth as romantic only, and always have. I REALLY wouldn't agree with non-parents (or maybe grandparents) doing it.

I'd say it depends.
A huge factor is how comfortable the child is with it. Every kid is different, and everyone will react differently to different forms of affection. Some kids love to hug a lot, others really hate being hugged, some kids hate it when their moms make them give them a kiss either on the cheeks or the lips, others, love it.
So the first factor to consider if its ok or not, is if the child likes it. If the child doesn't, its not ok to force this upon them. Shows of affection have to be reciprocal, and forced affection is not affective at all.
Assuming the kid is ok with it, the second factor is that the kiss must not be sexualized. A simple peck on the lips is completely harmless, but a full french kiss with tongue IS something sexual, and (IMO) should not be done at all.
Thirdly, I don't think its ok for other people to kiss your child on the lips. As it is, I only let family members kiss my girl on the cheeks, but I wouldn't let any stranger, or acquaintance, do it unless they're REALLY close friends who are family in all but blood.
Bear in mind that kisses are just a form of affection and love, and as long as its the right type of love, there's nothing wrong with displaying love to your children. As I said before, the needs of the kid have to be considered, and if the kid doesn't like it, then its wrong to force it on them, but if they're ok, then yes, I do approve of it.
I know my little girl loves to get pecks from me and my wife, but then again, she's very affective :P she loves hugs, kisses, nose-squiggling, and all that mushy-cuddly stuff.

I think it's weird, so no.

I don't think there is anything intrinsically wrong with it. It's a social and cultural issue.

Where would you draw the line? I agree it's a social / cultural issue - some cultures kiss on the lips as a general greeting between friends as well.
My personal view is similar to Elhonna's - it's for partners only.

I don't see anything wrong with it, I grew up with it though, my parents, aunts, and my grandma on my dads side of the family would all kiss me on the lips as a greeting when i was kid, It never bothered me then, it was always just a peck, so I never thought anything of it. Close family is where the line was drawn for me at least.

Meh. I don't think it's an issue. Might be a little disturbing in public, but beyond that, meh.

its all about societal norm it seems. I really don't see anything inherently wrong with it, and furthermore, I don't see how kissing on the lips is something that should be relegated only to couples. If there's no tongue in it, it can hardly be called sexual.
The important part is respecting the boundaries of the kid. If it makes him or her feel unconfortable, then yes, its wrong to force this on them. But as long as they don't mind, what's the big deal?
In my family I never grew up with this, heck, my parents never kissed me even on the cheeks, nor did we made it a habit to say "I love you". Even though I love them and I know they love me.

I think we used to and it's not a big deal I don't think it's normal in the US but it was their South-African-ness or something but now I'd be uncomfortable with it.

I certainly wouldn't do it, but I don't think there's anything intrinsically wrong with it, assuming it's not sexual. Different cultures have different displays of affection. In some countries it's customary for male friends to kiss one another on the cheek. I would not do that myself, because of the culture I was raised in.

I think that for children up to the age of around 5, within the close family group it is acceptable. Now by close family group, I include close family friends that are around the children regularly.

I think it depends on the family/culture, like Tush said. I come a family that does it (I dread when my great aunts are in town with their sticky Avon lipstick!) and don't find it weird. It's not like it's open mouth.
