No Steam, just WoW. More than enough for me.
Does bittorrent count?
Yes, I use Steam, though inadvertent, back when it was launched and Valve games/mods were the only thing on it. I've grown quite a collection on there since then. I like the ease of use, having all my games listed in one place, rather than littering my desktop. being able to buy a game and instantly download it, LOVE the sales they have on there.
not really, i don't have enough money to pay WoW and buy games on steam, i prefer to focus only on WoW :D
I use Steam. It's more convenient for me than buying games at retail outlets. The social features on Steam are a nice bonus, too.
Yes, I use steam. They alway's have deals going and I also would never have to worry about losing my games because it's saved to my account. Low prices and never having to worry about losing games....That's always a plus!
I have Steam because I needed it to play Portal and Portal II. Other than that I haven't touched it or any other similar service, so I guess the answer is No, in as much as I don't use them. I mostly play WoW, indie games (Iji, Nethack, Dwarf Fortress), and old games (Civ 2: Test of Time, Alpha Centauri, Torment...) anyway.Perhaps I'm strange in this day and age, but I actually like owning a game disc if I can. It's something I can fall back om in the case of any sort of failure. Now, I realize more and more games require online interaction to actually play, but there's still a certain comfort and stability to provably owning the right.
Never liked steam, still do not like steam. As for other programs, nope.
I've recently started using steam and I really like it. They have fantastic sales and bundles (which was the main thing that drew me to it) and I like being able to connect with my other steam friends while playing games.
I use Steam, Because its the easiest way for me to get the games i like. And i love the Daily, Weekend, And holiday deals they do. makes it where i can get the games i like for cheap. : D
No, I don't use any digital download services such as Steam. I play wow, only wow :)
I use steam, only for Dota 2. <3 loving it, too bad I can't play that often thought, WoW takes up quite some time :D
Nop, dont have time, wow take most of my time on computer.
I have Steam, but only use it because i have to, to play Counter-Strike. But for all other games i prefer the download way, via the homepages of the games.I'm not a big fan of game download programs, since there is almost everytime a cheaper way to buy a game and I don't want to be forced to use only this one platform. But if you want to have access to a big bunch of games without having them all installed at the same time, Steam can be quite practical.
I use Steam for communication more than gaming, mostly because my limited budget goes to Wow more than anything else. It's not a bad system though, nice to keep the harddrive clean.
