"I'll do it then." Hexic muttered, "But I'll need a weapon. A decent one." He was tired of getting disarmed.

Roughly, Sagohkrn drew his long sword and threw it up onto the ship. The Priest turned and started off towards the burning city.

"A druid, and a very talented one at that. I cannot see her right now, but there's still hope," Vargariel replied as he dismounted. The warrior patted his hippogryph in appreciation for the ride, but all he got for his efforts was a snort. He bit back a chuckle and turned to the nearest handler, "Excuse me, do you by chance know if a druid by the name of Saelyn Nighthawk is here now?"

Captain Sterling
Location:
Stranglethorn
Through the round cycloptic eye of a telescope's glass a sailor watched as fire erupted form the shore. The pirate removed the spyglass, scowling so hard he looked like he snarled. Leaning up from the wooden rails he turned to a distracted man in a long black naval cap and red coat with gold trimming. "Shiver me timbers cap'n! Thar seems ta be trouble down on tha beach."
Spinning around revealed an aging man with a sharp silver beard and fierce eyebrows, all the more so as they were slanted in anger. "Damn it Troy! Give me that!" he spat, snatching the spyglass from the other man's grasp. "I told you to stay out of my trunk! And the devil are you talking like that for! Stop being such a damn cliche! You make the rest of us look bad! And take off that eyepatch!" he added, ripping the black eyepiece from the unfortunate sailor before the other had a chance to.
"But cap'n! This be how pirates talk!"
"No it's not! Shut up!" Captain Sterling bellowed, poking the eyeglass at Troy threateningly. "Your father sent you to work as a pirate! Not an actor! How my brother ever spawned
you
is a talk between him, his wife, and Phil at the pub. But I'll whip you into shape by the end of summer if I have to use an actual whip! And where'd you even get a parrot!"
"Squawk!"
"Shut up!"
"Captain Sterling," a different sailor called, peering beneath a shaded hand at the distance. He pointed down the beach. "I think something's actually happening down at the shore."
The captain delivered one last snarl of impotent rage at his fresh faced nephew then hurried to the rail, peering into the distance with a spyglass. A gritting of the teeth ensued when he spotted a lone figure tramping around the area, a red sword in hand that caught the light in disturbing ways.
With a clack Sterling closed the spyglass between two hands. His stormy eyes were narrowed and his jaw set grimly in thought. He had lived long on the sea, and one learns much in so sordid a waters as Azeroth's. One of which was a healthy caution. "Run up a flag. Call in the rest from the shore and warn the other ships. Looks like we may have a bit of a problem coming."
"Aye cap'n. Arrr, we'll giv e'em piss and vinegar we will."
"I will belt your hide Troy!"

Corpse Eater thrummed with grim intoxicating music, the flesh which the blade had cut curdling and bubbling like it were boiling. The weapon seemed to be drawing the man's flesh into itself, as if it were feeding on the fact that it had killed, adding the weight of death to its own strength. And, by consequence of its nature, the strength of its wielder too.

Gahz'ruun
Location:
Menethil Harbor
The monstrous Hydra Queen walked easily through the waters of Menethil Harbor. For some strange reason, the electricity running along Gahz'ruun's immense form did not affect the water. The huge hydra hissed at some of her children. The Offspring of Gahz'rilla quickly got out of their fierce mother's way.
Gahz'ruun moved through the streets, sniffing at corpses but leaving them untouched. She wanted fresh meat; and she was determined to find it.

Ohrmuzd held the corpse aloft for a few seconds, as if daring the two pirates to do something. He tilted his horned head to the side as he listened to the melody send a pleasant throb through his veins and watched the blade feast with morbid curiosity. Even as the body shriveled spasmodically, wracked with throes of suffering despite the mage being clearly dead from the moment the weapon entered his flesh, drips of bubbling blood fell heavily onto the white sand and caking swiftly with a loud, surreal sibilance.
As the albino stood in silent contemplation, the network of red tattoos covering his torso and shoulders seemed to grow vivider in color; whether this were the sun playing tricks with its light or the dark sorcery coursing through the blade and its wielder was anyone's guess. Deciding he has seen enough, Ohrmuzd lowered the Corpse Eater and let the body slide off the blade.
The corpse barely had the chance to hit the ground with a dull thud and a small fountain of stain when the male pirate woke from his stupor. With a primal yell that had as much anger in it as mortal dread, he rushed at the giant, his knuckles whiter than even Ohrmuzd's skin from the sheer desperate force he clenched his sabre with.
He never stood a chance. One swing of the Corpse Eater took his weapon arm at the wrist, another bisected him vertically from the bandana-wrapped head to the waist and down.
The woman began to scream shrilly, still frozen in her tracks. Her cry was not to last; it turned into a wet gurgling when Ohrmuzd rammed the crimson sword into her throat.

The glow of the runes did not escape Faust's sharp eyes. He grinned a little wider, and walked down the beach towards the carnage. "And,
if
I may be so bold as to ask, how was its first true taste?" he asked casually, as though asking about how a particular brew was as opposed to the sudden murder of three people.

"If this artifact is what I think it was, it could very well effect you." Locronos stated.
"Unless you think the Wyrmrest Accord is just going to turn a blind eye on one of the scales of Galakrand going missing..."

"Galakrand was the precursor to all Dragons." Locronos stated. "His scales were lost to time. Through each one of them courses the legacy of out kind." He explained. "I'm sure you can imagine that makes them quite important."

"You may," Ohrmuzd allowed, retrieving the Corpse Eater. Nothing was holding the woman upright anymore, and so she collapsed, a pool of blood forming around her neck where she fell.
The albino swung his sword through the air once to shake off the blood. Unsatisfied with the result, he bent over the mage's corpse and wiped the crimson blade against the old man's robes.
"Invigorating," Ohrmuzd said after a pause, turning to the pot affixed above the campfire and sniffing hungrily.

Locronos thought. This wasn't working...
"Because the Accord would be undoubtedly grateful if someone were to return a scale of Galakrand to them." The Blue attempted; working another angle. "They may... how would mortals put it?"
Thinking on it a moment, he finished up. "... owe you?"

Faust nodded expectantly. "I thought as much." He turned towards the ships which lay low in the water near the sandbar, several flags shooting up the mast as he watched. "And, it would seem it did not go unnoticed, either."
