Nice costume's ! hard work but in the end it is worth it!
Every Blizzcon I am in a perpetual state of awe and exhaustion watching those people in their awesome, heavy costumes lumber across the stage!
I was surprised that the protoss wizard won. It's a great costume, to be sure, but it just doesn't really feel like the kind of grand extravagance-fest that winners in previous years have been.

It's really nice to see so many side/lesser known characters getting some love for a change. There are so many banshee queens last time. I really enjoy seeing the effort everyone puts into their designs but despite the level of creativity I just don't dig the gender benders. Or the half naked barbarian costumes. The D3 angels make me wish there was a spirit healer costume!
training dummy was hilarious, and the zergling looked pretty sweet but how could he move?
CLEARLY Jesse Cox' Sexy cosplay.
Seeing some of these weapons and armor sets on real people really makes it obvious how oversized some of these things are in game lol. I thought the target dummy was a pretty unique one, nice to see some non-NPC (yes, that's non-non) being created.
The target dummy was awesome... wish it would have been a finalist at least.
Amazing costumes, I will have to go back and watch the contest from the recorded Blizzcon feed. Thanks for the gallery! I love the Magda from D3 - she looks like she stepped right out of the game!
The attention to detail in some of these costumes is just jaw dropping. I mean... look at that Garona! First look, it doesn't seem so complicated but looking at it close up and well... that woman has a green scalp! That costume looks so perfectly natural on her. It's so detailed it's like straight out of what I'd expect a high budget movie version of that to be. I'm just blown away! And then the other one is the craftsmanship on the armor of that female Arthas. That is some next level stuff. However I do believe she broke the flow and theme of the costume with the bottom sarong part of it. Granted, she rocks it and is able to pull that look off well, but it just seems like she could have easily won the competition with her costume making skills if she didn't keep the bottom part of the costume so overly simple that it almost takes away from the rest of the amazing work. Still I can't get over the skilled 'metal' crafting. That stuff's not easy to get that perfect.
Awesome :D
The work they have put on to make these costumes is really incredible and some of those are really breath taking.
The Tuskarr cosplay is by FAR my fave. Absolutely fantastic!(I also love the troll druid kitty form.)
They really go all out every year, It's amazing to see!
I am so envious of ALL of these costumes! They all look amazing. I actually have a friend that makes fur suits as a side job, and I think that the addition of the pandaran to WoW might have brought a few furrys out from hiding? :D Its awesome to see so much skill and talent and diversity. I'm going to see if I can't try to convince her to play WoW now that we have a "furry" race. Proooobably won't work, but its worth a try. Also, MALIS! <3 The one-tusked female troll at the end. Lookin' good, mon.
That guy in the Herod costume is supa hawt. /drool
Haa Ozzy Warlock! :DGood job everyone!
They are gorgeous! I think with the proliferation of 3D printing contest works will become more and more epic.
Wow they are all awsome!
