I started playing WoW in 2008 and since then I've changed a lot of guild.. But in 2009 I went to a very friendly guild and had a lot of fun talking with people there! But I was talking a lot with one guy.. now he's my boyfriend!World of Warcraft.. Connecting people since 2004! :D
Made alot of friends while playing this game its very good to finde new online friends !
By the time MoP was released, my guild's gm said he was gonna take a break from playing WoW, so i searched for another guild..Some friends of my old guild told me they found a good one i joined them.. Once I got to know people there, I've felt like i knew them for years, especially some of them! :DI will never leave this guild!
Playing WoW is gud4u
During 5.2 I joined a new guild and raid group, as usual I was quiet because I didn't know anyone at all. Eventually this guy started talking to me about silly little things, needless to say I was happy. I loved raiding and got to know the team more but always talked to this one guy. He was so much fun and it wasn't the same when he wasn't there. As time went on he added me to real ID and you should have seen the smile cause, well dam I felt it :)Who'd have guessed a ganking evil rogue could be such an awesome person
I happened to meet my now boyfriend through warcraft. He's been in my guild for ages, was tanking for us in tier 14/15 and I thought he was one of those elitist type but low and behold, he wasn't! We hit off as soon as we started talkin and a few days later, a relationship formed. I've also met some of the best people in-game in my guild on my main..very supportive and willing to help each other.
A great number of my WoW met friends still play. We don't play on the same realms anymore, but we still talk a lot. I also have a few good real life friends that play WoW, and we have big gaming parties, mostly on raid nights. We've been with our current guild for 4 years now, still playing with the same 10 people we started with in Cata. It's an amazing journey, with amazing people. :)
I met a very special friend playing WoW. Months later we met in person.A year after that, he became my husband =)We both have a very special place in our hearts for this game, it has meant a lot to us <3
this friendship started 7-8 years ago when i first started playing WoW. I was a total noob and needed help with a couple of quests. A person was nice enough to help me with them and then we started doing dungeons together, then i joined their guild and then we raided together! Our chance meeting blossomed into an incredible friendship that I wouldnt trade for anything, we're best friends and are always there for each other no matter what and even though we live in different countries it doesnt stop us from being hopeful that we will meet up one day and i believe that would make our friendship even stronger than it is! I couldnt ask for a better friend irl or in game. <3
Back in vanilla I got together with a really awesome band of swedish ppl (Im from Denmark). One of them in particular, the gulidmaster of my first real guild, became a really good friend, that I still visit, and have comming over, regularly. Every time we (my wife and I) visit him in Sweden, a lot of the old guys come together. Its allways a blast to see the old gang!
I have met many people through WoW, made some good friends. I have never met, in person, anyone that I have played with online that I did not know beforehand. Instead, most of my interaction has been through social media; I remain connected with many former WoW players. I mostly bring people I know to Azeroth, most notably my Wife. We still both regularly play, sharing our online adventures together!
Began playing in BC, met soe people, although the best relationships I formed were in Wrath.Joined a guild on the word of one of my former friends(We no longer speak), and it was there that I met some of the best friends someone can ever ask for. Through him I met his friends, and he met mine, and we've even added some new people along the way :3We've been together for roughly five years now, and we do communicate through Skype every day. We've played mutitudes of games together, and it all stemmed from WoW.
Sooooo.... this is a cat-fishingcontest?
I started watching Catfish, and the original documentary, because my fiance and I met on WoW. After some time, probably not enough, he moved up here to be with me. 3 years later, still going strong!
