elemental shamans = silence them
kill the totems as needed, there are totems that do damage, slow opponents, purge fear effects, etc.

Blast a totem or two, but the small problem is that they can be replaced. What you want to do is Burn the Shaman to a nice and toasty mannabiscuit. At level 34, and supposedly Shadow Spec, I doubt you'd have Improved Mana Burn, but that doesn't stop it from being overly useful. Any Paladin, Mage, Shaman, and yes, other Priests, are completely USELESS without mana. (Paladins, just be sure to hit Dispell on their Seal and Blessing after you've drained them.) Warlocks are another matter, but regardless, If faced with a mana using opponent, strip them down and then feel free to unleash the pain on what's left.

Edited the OP to readable English. As the others said, you'll want to hit the tremor totem (wand or melee) to destroy it, then try to fear immediately after it's down. Destroy any grounding totem that may be up. Then attempt to mana burn them as much as you can.
A well-played shaman is an extremely hard fight, especially since they have many of their control-oriented spells earlier than other classes at lower levels. The best way to get better is always practice. Find out what is keeping you from being able to fear/damage/move during the fight, and use the tools available to you to counter them.
