Sorrowseer; the beta keys are given to random people, regardless of how many achievements they have, required to win a beta key. This past week's giveaway, I had all 4 achievements required to win, although I cam out of it with nothing, which is a bit sad.

Cross Your Fingers
listed as being earned for Wowhead's Warlords of Draenor Beta Key Giveaway:
Week 8
then you have met the requirements for a valid entry in
this week's
giveaway.
Note from the rules above:
◾If you complete the achievements during the giveaway period, we'll automatically note that and you'll still be eligible to enter.
◾If you enter the contest and never complete any of the achievements, your entry will not be eligible when we pick winners.
