Suggestion: Comments across skill ranks

Whenever I'm looking specifically for comments on a certain spell or skill, I find that there are some useful comments on one rank of that skill and others on another rank. It's a little bit of a hassle to check all the ranks of the skill for helpful comments, and some people might be talking about something similar to something already in discussion on another rank of that skill (because there is no cross-skill discussion).
My suggestion is that there be some way of commenting on a skill as a whole, not just a specific rank of it.
The most apparent way to do this would be to just universalize the commenting system between ranks, so all comments on a spell appear on all ranks of that spell.
But there's also the possibility of just having one page for all ranks, a little like drops with random enchantments on them (

), and just listing the ranks and their differing details (mana cost, damage, etc.).
I think this would be a big help to people trying to discuss or find discussion on a skill with multiple ranks.

I think (don't quote me, but it might be on one of the old pages in here) that someone said something about this previously and they said they were looking at how to do that for the future, perhaps.
It would certainly make it easier as even if people generally make it a point to only comment on the highest rank (which they don't always do), when a new rank comes out, the comments are in the wrong place again.
