is full with duplicates with submitting player names in them in addition to correct quote with just <name> in it. Those should be removed.
Seeing as there's not many of them, I suspect uploader is already fixed, but if it is not - that should be done as well. Maybe you should also run a DB-wide scan for such pattern of quotes that only differ in one capitalized word from existing quote with <name> in it?

On first look, I wanted to say it's an issue with non-standard letters, but I also see two "normal" names... guess using "ältȩrêd" names is just too common in WoW *rolleyes*

We'll see what we can do to remedy this, though, it may be a bit as it's a rather low priority issue.
