It's because of the conversation with Last Liandrin. When doing the Suramar questione, the Blood Elves understood the Nightborne plight bette than anyone. Made them also see their dependence as more than just a curse. So I think it comes from there

So excited! I think it's going to start Alliance and Horde, but as we defeat Azshara and all that, the old gods will make their way toward the end, and N'zoth will probably be the end boss.

I believe they said those zones will unlock at max level similar to how the faction specific dungeons will be available too.

Playable Nightbourne was the one thing I really hoped for. My wish has been granted! ...although if the Zandalari are playable, please tell me they can be Dinomancers. :P
Also does anyone else hope one of the future playable races is going to be those cute little fox people?
Side note: I'm gonna need more character slots.
