There is no way to queue and automatically cast spells, but Wowiki has a good
macro guide
to get you started.

Correct, since the first one triggers the global cooldown, you will not be able to cast the second one. You could however queue your spells, so the second click on that button will cast the fade.

Hi, my question is, I am using the mouseover to heal, but when my mouse is not over anyone I don't heal (duh), how can I remake my macro when not doing a mouseover it heals my target? (or myself if I dont have a target?)
(I did not wanted to make a new topic, because I think this is pretty close to what I ask :))

I might change those "exists" to "nodead" as if you have it targetted or moused over it's
likely
the unit exists but you don't want to balk on healing someone who is dead. So:
/cast Heal
