I am fairly new (4 months) and have made lvl 70 with my Warlock. I could use some advice on what I should be doing now and what equipment I should be after. Here is my armory link:
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Bladefist&n=Rktek
I would like to start getting into the Arena and the higer level raids.
I enjoy the Destruction build but am not sure my talent tree is as efficient as it could be.
Thanks in advance for any Advice!

You'd be better off as a tailor as the Frozen Shadoweave Shoulder/Robe/boots are irreplaceable for quite a while. Since you're not, try doing a search on wowhead for best gear for those slots. Can highly recommend farming for (or buying?) the mats to get someone to craft Spellstrike Hood/Spellstrike Pants for you. Do a whole heap of 5 man instances, and heroic 5 man instances to complete the other equipment slots.
At the lower gear levels, a UA/Devastion build, or a Felguard build would do you better justice. If you really want to stay destruction, I'd recommend a 0/21/40 build involving sacrificing your succubus for a boost to your shadow dmg and spam shadowbolts.
For raiding, I'd probably aim for around +850 shadowdmg incl fel armor selfbuff then find yourself a karazhan guild and work from there. Tailoring is ezymode to achieve this, I think I had close to 1000.
If you prefer the PVP route, I recommend spending a few weekends in the respective bonus-honor-weekend BG (they alternate). Use the honor you save up to buy the gladiator gear and the nonset pieces like neck/boots/belt etc then find yourself some arena team mate buddies.
Good luck.
