The typical build for what you're attempting to accomplish is 7/7/47. You will find an example of it in the talent sticky at the top of the forum, and it even uses Cataclysm.
You've spent several extra points in demonology that don't help you. Seduction breaks on damage, and the other talents beyond the first tier are largely wasted. Conversely, the improved efficiency from Improved Life Tap, the ability to dot on the run, and the occasional Soul Leech proc help your flexibility quite abit.
The problems this build has are the same as any other destruction build in PvP. Resilience kills your ability to do crits, and it requires a high level of gear to be effective.
Generally, the best entry level specs for PvP are Felguard (7/43/11) and UA/Shadowburn (43/7/11). The first is probably the superior damage spec, while the second will make you the most annoying person in a battleground. I can stand in the middle of a dozen enemies with my paladin and heal away largely untouched, but after breaking the enemy healer/hunter line with instant howls of terror a couple of times it was a mark of honor to be instantly focus-fired the moment I appeared on the scene.

Ok so no DoTs? Well, I guess that'll make you a mage with fearing abilities and a pet then :)
Well, I'm no destro expert, but for demo I'd suggest putting 3 points in Fel Stamina instead of Improved Succi. Dunsinane already mentionned why. I was going to suggest removing some of the demo talents, but I've just tried it and you need the talents to get to master summoner. Anyway, you picked the right fillers (except for improved succubus that is).
As far as the rest goes, it looks OK to me. Go rule the PvP board!

This used to be my Fire Destro Build for PVE/PVP. PVE sacrifice the Imp. For PvP I would Sacrifice my VW for the constant health regen.

<Aurgh, I said No talent sticky >< >
Terribly sorry. I'd thought that directing you to an effective build would be useful. Silly me.
And ofc seduction breaks on damage, but this is the sole reason why I dont want to be 7/7/47, I dont want to have to rely on dots at all and when I do I myself want to decide when to take them away. Do you know if the imp succubus talent works in pvp though? (aka 13 sec)
You're playing fire destro. You are, by definition, going to be using dots. Immolate is necessary in order to keep your primary nuke functioning properly. If you want to avoid dots completely (a bad idea in warlock PvP), you'll want some variant of Nightfall/Backlash.
And no, it doesn't increase the duration of seduction in PvP.
I thought of felguard too, but I will seriously never go UA of any form since I know I will just be a free kill for a 'certain' class before I get full s4 (and I wont - -;). The specc I wanted is one that can have a decent chance vs All classes, not be a lame specc that makes me survive 4 secs longer in a bg.
Then go Felguard. It's your best chance against melee. Even then, smart rogues are still going to eat you for lunch.
And ye, destruction is gear dependant as hell, at least its suposed to be, but it also have alot more cc than the other lock specc, right? (shadowfury, seduce, fear compared to only fear) However I dont really know actually if thats enough for holding someone until you can kill them with your res nerfed attacks :F
Thanks for your answer though
Seduction and fear are on the same diminishing returns, so it doesn't help much. Shadowfury is of fairly limited use as CC, particularly in a 1v1 fight.
