Just for people who wanted to use pots 'in Bear Form' while tanking i made this macro... works fine for me have used in tanking on karathess in SSC so should be fine...
/use Master Healthstone
/use Super Healing Potion
/use Bottled Nethergon Vapor
/cast Dire Bear Form
u can also work in heroic potions and such(not tested this but it should work)
PS. one question about it for those macro gods out there(me not being one of them): if i am not in TK and use the macro will the fact that i cannot use nethergon vapour wherever i am mean that i will not cast bear form? if so how would u change it to bypass this problem?

you could always set it up so that it uses a certain bag slot instead of the certain type of pot...
Just swap out which pots you want to use at the beginning of the run into that slot.

I believe that macros in WoW do not stop executing on error. So it will attempt the first line and whether successful or not, will attempt the 2nd, and so forth and so on.
However, I surmise that if none of the items were available, the macro would skip the /use and then execute the /cast Dire Bear Form which would have the net effect of toggling the stance off and you would end up in caster.
Try the macro with all the items listed in the bank and see what happens.
Then modify the macro to /cast !Dire Bear Form. The ! would be in effect a power shift, which might not be very good if you already have a nice amount of rage built up, but would at least prevent you ending up in caster form. There are probably conditionals you could build into the macro to avoid this. However I assume that you wouldn't be using this macro unless you know you have at least one of the item present.

Using "/cast dire bear form" in bear will have the same effect as using "/cast !dire bear form"
The reason for the exclamation point is to provide a tooltip when you mouse over the macro.
Huh? The exclamation point was introduced to provide a way to explicitly say "always activate ____" where ____ is a toggle-able ability such as Auto Shot, Bear Form, etc. Previously we were only able to "run" the ability which, for toggle-able abilities, would just toggle them.
While in Bear Form, running /cast Bear Form will toggle the form off whereas /cast !Bear Form will attempt to activate Bear Form again which, if autoUnshift is set to 1, will shift you out of Bear Form so that you're in a position to actually shift IN to Bear Form, then shift you in to Bear Form.
#showtooltip will, by default, follow the conditional path you've set up in the macro and show the tooltip for whatever ability it calculates will be executed when the macro is run.
I'm pretty sure I'm right here, foley, but if you know something I don't know, I'm all ears :).

No you are right. "!" will prevent an ability from being toggled off/on. I'm pretty sure that /cast Dire Bear Form while in Bear from would "toggle" it off. I know I eventually replaced all my cast form buttons with /cast !form macros because I got tired of kicking myself out of bear or cat by mistake.
They are also super useful because now when i hit my hotkey I automatically powershift which is awesome for getting out of root and snares. The only thing to be careful about is not spamming the key as you will quickly run out of mana :)

Yeah, I mean, I use macros with ! in them every time I play WoW. I just wanted to give foley the benefit of the doubt :).

Using #showtooltip and then adding ! to every spell on a cast sequence will change the tooltip as you cycle through the spells.
You saying it won't do that if you don't put the ! on the form casts?

Is there a way to make it so if none of the items are in your inventory so as not to waste rage unneccisarily?
