Of the four, a Druid is probably easiest to level. Leveling as Resto can be difficult, but even a Balance or Feral Druid can heal low level 5-mans.
A Priest is probably the hardest to level/solo with. I have an alt priest and I don't often play her simply because I feel so squishy (my priest dies
a lot
).
With any of the four classes, you'll quickly realize that it is not easy to level/solo as a healing spec. I recommend picking a different spec at least until level 40 (perhaps longer). Your healing abilities should be good enough for the lower level content even without the spec.

If you're playing with your friends a lot, then I would suggest shaman for totems and such, but paladins do have some nice buffs. Being a shaman myself, I would obviously say shaman. It is probably the best support class in the game, it's totems are meant for groups, but paladins can take more of a beating and have slightly faster heals. But shaman has a higher base heal value. Paladin's aura's and such are great too, but I still of course say shaman for group help
