Well, we can guess that it will be around 17 hit rating for 1% at 80. So, with an 83% chance to hit the boss, and all of Suppression, which is now (gasp) three points, we have an 86% chance to hit. 99% - 86% = 13%, 13(17) = 221 WITH Suppression. 272 without.

Actually, the new talent that gives +3% hit will make us have less (this is if they dont change the 17% resist chance for bosses) So, it should be lower, right? about... what 170something? But if its with suppression, then it shouldn't be 202, its like 104 or something, i never tried raiding with aff myself, so i wouldn't know.

No. As has already been pointed out, it won't take the same amount of spell hit rating at 70 to equal 1% spell hit as it will at 80. The new talent will help, but it isn't likely to make up that full gap.

So with Affliction raiding at level 80 will require 3 points in Suppression with spell hit capped?

No.
Suppression will supply 3% towards your spell hit.
Assuming no changes in the functions underlying spell hit you will need 420 hit rating to be capped at 80 without talents, and 340 hit rating with Suppression.

While there has been a rumor of spell hit mecanics being changed with WotLK (9% hit to cap, no 1% hard cap), this has been disproved (significant data has been gathered with over 1000 spells cast) and the current working mecanic for spell hit in beta is still exactly the same as it is now (ie 17% base chance to miss and 1% not reductible) against +3 lvl mobs.
