Aldor might be a little better for a healer, as they get
Inscription of Faith
Scryers is also a valid choice, as they get
Greater Inscription of the Oracle
. The difference between them is small enough that either is fine. As far as other factions go, you want to be revered with Honor Hold/Thrallmar to get
Glyph of Renewal
. That's really the only one you could possibly work on at your level unless you've already maxed out your rep through quests. None of the other factions are really worth worrying about until you're 70.
Personally I tend to go to Zangarmarsh after Hellfire. It's not much higher level, and there are a few quests from one hub there that you have to do in order to be able to quest in Nagrand.
As far as instances go, you can seach different dungeons here on Wowhead and look at the drops. If there's something that interests you, there you go. Aside from that, just do ones that you have quests for or ones that you enjoy doing.
Kelnore said pretty much all there is to say about the crafting and PvP questions, so I guess I'll leave it at that. Good luck to you.

I would recommend running the Coilfang instances in Zangarmarsh, assuming you have all the loot you want from Ramparts and Blood Furnace.
Both Ramps and BF drop some very good healer gear, I ran them repeatedly in order to gear up and get xp. If you haven't already got the healer trinket, healer legs and healer chest from them then I recommend you keep going while you get decent xp for it.
I won't list all the great caster gear from Underbog or Slave Pens here as that is something you can search for yourself (especially with the weighting system available in the Wowhead filters now).
Safe to say there is a good healer wand, nice healer mace and decent healer cloak all available between the two instances. Not to mention the Sporregar faction quests that give some handy rewards. You also get decent healer wrists from the quest giver by the summoning stone so it's definitely worth a look.
It is also a very good opportunity to start grinding rep with the Cenarion Expedition. While they don't have many enchanting or tailoring recipies/patterns available they do offer a nice healer mace once honoured and have a rather attractive epic offhand for level 70 (exhaulted rep).
After that Terrokar is definitely worth a visit. By this time I should imagine you would be closer to 65 so you should sail through most of it. The important thing is to gather masses of Netherweb Spider Silk from the spiders there as you will need this for later stages of tailoring and it is easiest to farm in Terrokar.
Hope this is of some use to you
