[Melee 2H DPS] Best profession benifits

So I'm looking what to take for professions considering the following things:
1. I have no interest in PvE at the 25-man level anymore. Odd 10man with RL friends but nothing serious.
2. I have means to have all i will need to get to 375 on any profession. Past that, i have friends levelling the gathering I need anyways :P
3. Arena will prolly be my focus as well as the usual BGs.
4. I am going to be playing a Death Knight but since this is not a DK specific question. More of a question for 2H Melee
I was looking at what 2 professions would give be the best benifit via profession-only benifits.
Inscription - Extra glyph. I really think and extra glyph will provide a benifit that no other profession has. (smaller cooldowns or a little more range etc. cuz I assume we won't get a free major glyph)
Blacksmith- Can add 2 sockets to their gear. 2 more gems worth of stats isn't too bad IMO. Maybe even get some gear I can PvE with. (or a nice wep until i get a pvp one)
Enchanting- Two ring enchants aren't that bad either but I'm not sure if the benifit of this will outweigh the latter two professions.
I know things aren't fleshed out but I'm assuming they are going to keep what works and trends in professions will continue.
Any ideas what would be best?

You're forgetting that there is likely to be a new tier set of blacksmithing twohanders. Probably not as op as the stunherald, but they'll likely be very powerful, at least initially (arcanite reaper syndrome)

I'm not too incredibly concerned with the next set of tier weapons since I prolly won't be PvEing enough to utilize them (aka unable to get the item drops i need because I won't be in that instance) unless they have a definite advantage over the initial PvP weps on release.
Right now, unless someone points out other benifits to professions, I'm thinking Inscription/Blacksmithing. Maybe even get some decent enough pve gear to at least do the first 10 man with my friends a bit until they move on.
